Abstract

Setelah dilakukan perhitungan secara teoritis dan dilakukan simulasi pada Shaft Inducted Draft Fan maka didapatkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut:
1. Berdasarkan proses perhitungan diketahui diameter minimal pada poros sebesar 34 mm dan direncanakan sebesar 40 mm dengan material yang baru yaitu AISI 4340
2. Berdasarkan simulasi yang telah dilakukan maka didapatkan nilai dari total deformation sebesar 0,53428 mm dan nilai maximum shear stress sebesar 65,527 MPa
3. Penggunaan material AISI 4340 dapat dikatakan aman digunakan sebagai material pada shaft inducted draft fan.

After theoretical calculations and simulations have been carried out on the Shaft Inducted Draft Fan, the following conclusions are obtained:
1. Based on the calculation process, it is known that the minimum diameter of the shaft is 34 mm and is planned to be 40 mm with a new material, namely AISI 4340
2. Based on the simulation that has been carried out, the value of the total deformation is 0.53428 mm and the maximum shear stress value is 65.527 MPa
3. The use of AISI 4340 material can be said to be safe to use as a material for shaft inducted draft fans.
