Abstract

Metode Slope Based Filtering dan TIN Based Filtering terkalsifikasi pada kelas 1 dengan ketelitian peta 1: 1.000 Menurut Perka BIG No. 6Tahun 2018 dan Permen ATR/BPN No. 21 Tahun 2019.

The need for detailed spatial information is massively increasing, but the availability of existing base maps has not been able to meet this need. Contour details are usually obtained by performing area mapping as well as conventional methods, namely extracting digital terrain model (DTM) data from manual stereoplots. The use of this method provides high accuracy, but is relatively time consuming, so it cannot meet the ever-increasing DEMands for large-scale spatial data. Contour lines, which are important elements in topographic maps, can be obtained from data obtained from aerial photographs and light detection and coverage data (LiDAR). Priority is needed to accelerate the delivery of geospatial data, in this case DTM, as part of making large-scale topographic maps. This study focuses on the comparison of DTM accuracy between the results of data processing from Slope-Based Filtering and TIN-Based Filtering. Comparisons made using these two methods aim to find out which method produces a more accurate DTM and also a method that is more efficient in its processing. The use of slope-Based Filtering and TIN-Based Filtering methods is expected to provide an alternative for the government, the community and further research in providing alternative base maps. The difference from previous research is the use of DTM obtained from LiDAR data processing as validation data in this study as a reference. In Indonesia they conducted research to generate DTM using slope-Based Filtering and TIN-Based Filtering methods. conducted research on making DTM from LiDAR data and aerial photo data, using the TIN method for LiDAR data processing results. However, reference data such as LiDAR and Ground Truth orthophoto data were not used as validation data in this study.
The results of this study indicate that the Slope Based Filtering method has a higher accuracy than the TIN Based Filtering. This is evidenced by the classification results of data processing using eight parameters in each method. The average RMSEz and LE90 obtained using the Slope Based Filtering method were smaller, namely 0.152 m and 0.251 m, while using the TIN Based Filtering method they were 0.158 m and 0.260 m. The Slope Based Filtering and TIN Based Filtering methods are classified in class 1 with a map accuracy of 1: 1,000 According to Perka BIG No. 6 of 2018 and ATR/BPN Regulation No. 21 of 2019.
