Abstract

Seiring berjalannya waktu, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember mengalami perubahan dalam berbagai aspek sebagai bentuk adaptasi dari kemajuan ilmu dan teknologi. Salah satu aspek tersebut adalah aspek keuangan. Dalam aspek keuangan, terdapat sistem informasi yang dapat memonitor dan mengendalikan proses pengelolaan keuangan. Akan tetapi, cakupan proses kerja pengelolaan keuangan yang semakin meluas dan keterlibatan aktor yang cukup kompleks membuat SIM Keuangan ITS memiliki banyak fitur dan peran, yang dalam penggunaannya membuat sistem menjadi rancu dan membingungkan. Hal ini dikarenakan fitur dan peran tersebut tidak dikelompokkan secara spesifik sesuai dengan fungsionalitasnya. Padahal, keberadaan sistem informasi keuangan sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan keteraturan dalam manajemen dan pengendalian arus keuangan, yang secara masif akan mendorong tercapainya pengelolaan keuangan yang terstruktur dan terkontrol. Dalam rangka mengakomodir kebutuhan sistem keuangan ITS, sekaligus meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas dari sistem keuangan yang sudah ada, penulis akan mengembangkan antarmuka pengguna myITS Finance, khususnya Modul Bendahara. Pengembangan sistem ini akan berpusat kepada pengguna dan kebutuhan pengguna dalam penggunaan sistem. Untuk menampung kebutuhan calon pengguna tersebut, penulis menggunakan metode User-Centered Design yang mengedepankan kebutuhan serta pengalaman dari calon pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi sehingga bisa meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam aplikasi myITS Finance Modul Bendahara.

Over time, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology has experienced changes in various aspects as a form of adaptation from advances in science and technology. One of these aspects is the financial aspect. In the financial aspect, there is an information system that can monitor and control the financial management process. However, the scope of financial management work processes is increasingly expanding and the involvement of actors is quite complex, making the ITS Finance SIM have many features and roles, which in their use make the system ambiguous and confusing. This is because these features and roles are not specifically grouped according to their functionality. In fact, the existence of a financial information system is really needed, because it will create order in the management and control of financial flows, which will massively encourage the achievement of structured and controlled financial management. In order to accommodate the needs of the ITS financial system, and also increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the existing financial system, the author wants to develop the myITS Finance user interface, especially the Treasury Module. The development of this system will be centered on the user and the user's needs in using the system. To accommodate the needs of these prospective users, the authors use the User Centered Design method which prioritizes the needs and experience of potential users in using the application, so that it can increase efficiency and effectiveness in the myITS Finance Treasure Module
