Abstract

Poli perawatan kulit wajah medical center ITS atau yang biasa disebut MC Skin Care adalah salah satu klinik perawatan wajah yang bekerja sama dengan ITS untuk menangani keluhan Kesehatan kulih wajah masyarakat sekitar, khususnya mahasiswa ITS. Fakta bahwa jumlah client terus berkurang setiap tahunnya mendoronh klinik perawatan wajah medical center ITS untuk mengevaluasi kesuluruhan proses bisnis mereka, salah satunya dengan menerapkan sistem informasi baru berbasis cloud storage. Namun dikarenakan penerapan sistem informasi baru sangatlah berisiko menyebabkan dampak negatif lainnya, perlu dilakukan manajemen risiko pada penerapan sistem informasi baru ini. Manajemen risiko dilakukan menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect (FMEA) untuk penentuan prioritas risiko dan Fault Tree Analysis untuk menentukan nilai occurrence pada FMEA. Proses Identifikasi risiko dapat merumuskan 16 risiko pada proses dokumentasi informasi client. Nilai RPN tertinggi terdapat pada risiko “Data kesehatan client tersebar” dengan nilai RPN sebesar 900. Penentuan level risiko merumuskan 6 risiko kategori level extreme, 5 high, 2 medium, dan 3 low. Risiko dengan kategori extreme menjadi kategori dengan jumlah terbanyak, yaitu 37%. Kategori medium menjadi kategori dengan jumlah paling sedikit, yaitu 13%. Berdasarkan konsep pareto, teridentifikasi 7 risiko prioritas yang kemudian dirumuskan rekomendasi langkah penanganan risiko dengan berfokus pada risk treatment avoiding risk.

MC Skin Care, also known as the Medical Center ITS Facial Skin Care, is one of the facial treatment clinics that collaborates with ITS to address facial health complaints in the surrounding community, especially among ITS students. The fact that the number of clients has been decreasing every year has prompted MC Skin Care to evaluate their overall business processes, one of which is by implementing a new cloud storage-based information system. However, since the implementation of the new information system carries significant risks that may result in other negative impacts, risk management is necessary for this new system. Risk management is conducted using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to determine risk priorities and Fault Tree Analysis to assess the occurrence value in FMEA. The risk identification process formulated 16 risks in the client information documentation process. The highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) is associated with the risk of "Scattered client health data" with an RPN value of 900. Risk levels are classified into 6 extremes, 5 high, 2 medium, and 3 low-risk categories. The extreme category constitutes the highest percentage with 37%, while the medium category has the lowest percentage at 13%. Using the Pareto concept, 7 priority risks are identified, and recommendations for risk mitigation are formulated, focusing on risk treatment, and avoiding risk
