Abstract

Information technology has significant developments that can disseminate information quickly and massively. With this, virtual tour information technology can support tourism activities. Information about Balai Pemuda is only disseminated through videos, city government websites, tourism offices, and Instagram. However, disseminating information is not enough to satisfy visitors' curiosity. Therefore this study aims to make indoor 3D Modeling using Spherical Camera and integrate it with non-spatial data to make Virtual Tour more informative. The method used to make three-dimensional models using 3600 photos is the terrestrial photogrammetry method. This photogrammetry method can be used in buildings that use local coordinates. This research obtained a Virtual Tour of the Merah Putih Building and Basement areas. In addition, six rooms in the Merah Putih building have been made for 3D Modeling. The RMSE value for 3D Modeling height is 0.27 meters to 0.45 meters. As for the RMSE, the width of 3D Modeling is 0.34 meters. From the calculation of the RMSE value, this Modeling has entered Level of Detail (LOD) 3 with a maximum error value of 0.5 meters. Overall, Spherical Camera can be used for 3D Modeling and Virtual Tour. The combination of 3D Modeling and Virtual Tour data is carried out on the Balai Pemuda virtual tour website. Furthermore, a test of the usability level of the website that has been created is 88.5%.
