Abstract
Pemerintah terus berupaya mewujudkan infrastruktur transportasi di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Dimana salah satunya yakni pembangungan infrastruktur jalan raya. Saat ini kebutuhan akses transportasi terus meningkat seiring meningkatnya penduduk. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukannya progam penanganan jaringan jalan yang terencana secara efektif dan efisien. Salah satunya yakni pada ruas Jalan Lumajang – Jember. Permasalahan, bagaimana perencanaan ruas jalan tersebut dengan menggunakan perkerasan kaku. Perencanaan peningkatan jalan ini menggunakan metode perkerasan kaku dengan perhitungan menggunakan metode Bina Marga 2017. Data yang diperlukan untuk perencanaan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Dimana data sekunder yang dibutuhkan meliputi data LHR (Lintas Harian Rata-Rata), CBR (California Bearing Ratio) tanah dasar, curah hujan, PDRB, inflasi, dan HSPK. Hasil, untuk memenuhi kapasitas jalan maka jalan ini dilebarkan yang mulanya selebar 6 m menjadi 7 m. Didapatkan tebal perkerasan beton (rigid pavement) = 30,5 cm dengan mutu beton K.350, tebal lapisan fondasi LMC 10 cm, Dowel (Ruji) : Ø 38 mm, panjang 45 cm, dengan jarak = 30 cm; Tie Bar : Ø 16 mm, Panjang 70 cm, dengan jarak = 75 cm. Rencana Anggaran Biaya yang diperlukan sebesar Rp 61.473.242.000,00 (terbilang Enam Puluh Satu Miliar Empat Ratus Tujuh Puluh Tiga Juta Dua Ratus Empat Puluh Dua Ribu Rupiah.)

The government continues to strive to realize transportation infrastructure throughout Indonesia. Where one of them is the construction of highway infrastructure. Currently the need for access to transportation continues to increase along with increasing population. Therefore it is necessary to carry out a planned road network handling program in an effective and efficient. One of them is on Jalan Lumajang – Jember. The problem is how to plan the road segment using rigid pavement. Planning for this road improvement uses the rigid pavement method with calculations using the 2017 Bina Marga method. The data needed for planning is primary data and secondary data. Where the secondary data needed includes data on LHR (Average Daily Cross), CBR (California Bearing Ratio) subgrade soil, rainfall, PDRB, inflation, and HSPK. As a result, to meet the capacity of the road, this road was widened, which was originally 6 m wide to 7 m. The thickness of the concrete pavement (rigid pavement) = 30.5 cm with K.350 concrete quality, the thickness of the LMC foundation layer is 10 cm, Dowel (Ruji): Ø 38 mm, length 45 cm, with a distance = 30 cm; Tie Bar : Ø 16 mm, Length 70 cm, with a distance = 75 cm. The required budget plan is IDR 61,473,242,000.00 (sixty one billion four hundred seventy three million two hundred forty two thousand rupiah.)
