Abstract

PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (Pusri) adalah perusahaan yang didirikan sebagai pelopor produsen pupuk urea di Indonesia pada tanggal 24 Desember 1959 di Palembang Sumatera Selatan, dengan nama PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero). Sejarah panjang Pusri sebagai pelopor produsen pupuk nasional selama lebih dari 50 tahun telah membuktikan kemampuan dan komitmen kami dalam melaksanakan tugas penting yang diberikan oleh pemerintah. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan pasar yang semakin kuat, PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (Pusri) terus berupaya meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dengan biaya produksi seefisien mungkin. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut, PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (Pusri) berencana untuk melakukan pengembangan jalur produksi melalui penambahan pabrik Pusri 3B. Dengan mengasumsikan beban operasi P3B sebesar 23 MW dan beban exisiting sesuai dengan nilai operasi saat ini, dibutuhkan 5 generator beroperasi. GTG beroperasi di 89%-91% dari daya maksimum operasi saat ini. Untuk STG beroperasi dengan daya output 23 MW atau 100 % dari daya maksimum saat pengujian STG. Dengan tingginya tingkat pembangkitan dari masing-masing generator, direkomendasikan untuk melakukan pengujian STG dengan nilai pembangkitan lebih dari 23 MW.

PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (Pusri) is a company established as a pioneer in producing urea fertilizer in Indonesia on December 24, 1959 in Palembang, South Sumatra, under the name PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero). Pusri's long history as a pioneer of national fertilizer producers for more than 50 years has proven our ability and commitment in carrying out important tasks given by the government. Along with increasingly strong market growth, PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (Pusri) continues to strive to increase production capacity with the most efficient production costs possible. In achieving this goal, PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (Pusri) plans to develop a production line by adding the Pusri 3B factory. Assuming the P3B operating load is 23 MW and the existing load is in accordance with the current operating value, it takes 5 generators to operate. GTG operates at 89%-91% of its maximum power operating current. For STG to operate with an output power of 23 MW or 100% of the maximum power when testing STG. With the high generation rate of each generator, it is recommended to carry out STG testing with a generation value of more than 23 MW.
