Abstract

Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara agraris dimana pertanian merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia. Salah satu penggelut usaha pada bidang pertanian ialah PT X. Memiliki visi menjadi perusahaan nasional berkelas dunia untuk nutrisi tanaman dan solusi pertanian yang berkelanjutan serta mampu memberikan dampak ekonomi dan sosial secara nasional membuat PT X memiliki urgensitas untuk menjalankan bisnis dengan efektif dan efisien untuk membuat tujuan menjadi perusahaan nasional berkelas dunia tercapai. Pada kenyataannya PT X masih memiliki permasalahan dalam risiko rantai pasok yang harus dimitigasi agar alur rantai pasok dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko yang ada pada rantai pasok PT X beserta hubungan keterkaitan antar risikonya, mengevaluasi kejadian dan penyebab risiko serta menemukan prioritas penanganan risiko yang ada dan memberikan rekomendasi aksi mitigasi risiko untuk proses bisnis PT X. Model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi proses bisnis rantai pasok PT X dan ditemukan bahwa PT X memiliki aktivitas pada seluruh major process/level 1 SCOR yakni plan, source, make, deliver, return, enable, pada level 2 terdapat sejumlah 8 kategori proses dan pada level 3 terdapat sejumlah 30 aktivitas proses bisnis. Hasil dari 30 aktivitas proses bisnis ditemukan sejumlah 46 elemen kejadian risiko (risk event). Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) untuk menilai hubungan keterkaitan antar elemen risiko guna menemukan elemen risiko prioritas dari 46 risk event dimana dihasilkan sejumlah 21 key risk event prioritas. Penentuan prioritas penanganan risiko dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode House of Risk (HOR) tahap I serta diagram pareto untuk melaksanakan pemeringkatannya. Dari hasil pengolahan ditemukan 3 penyebab risiko (risk agent) prioritas untuk ditangani lebih lanjut menggunakan HOR tahap II. Setelah pelaksanaan perhitungan HOR tahap II, dirumuskan sebanyak 6 preventive action yang dapat digunakan oleh PT X untuk menjadi strategi aksi mitigasi risiko perusahaan.

Indonesia is one of the agrarian countries where agriculture is a crucial factor in economic development. One of the agricultural businesses in Indonesia is PT X. It envisions becoming a world-class national company for plant nutrition and sustainable agricultural solutions, capable of providing economic and social impact at the national level. This urgency drives PT X to operate its business effectively and efficiently in order to achieve its goal of becoming a worldclass national company. In reality, PT X still faces challenges in supply chain risks that need to be mitigated to ensure the effective and efficient flow of the supply chain. This research aims to identify the risks present in PT X's supply chain and the interrelationships between these risks. It also evaluates the occurrences and causes of these risks, identifies priority areas for risk management, and provides recommendations for risk mitigation actions in PT X's business processes. The Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model is used to identify the business processes in PT X's supply chain. It is found that PT X engages in activities across all major processes/Level 1 of SCOR, including plan, source, make, deliver, return, and enable. At Level 2, there are eight process categories, and at Level 3, there are a total of 30 business process activities. From these 30 activities, 46 risk events are identified. The research utilizes the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) method to assess the interrelationships between the risk elements and determine the priority risk elements among the 46 risk events. This results in 21 key priority risk events. The prioritization of risk management is then conducted using the House of Risk (HOR) method in Phase I, along with Pareto diagrams for ranking. Through this process, three priority risk agents (causes) are identified for further handling using the HOR
Phase II. After performing the calculations in HOR Phase II, six preventive actions are formulated for PT X to use as risk mitigation strategies.
