Abstract

Transportasi umum mempunyai peranan penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi serta pengembangan wilayah di Indonesia. Dengan adanya transportasi umum yang terintegrasi dengan baik, keselarasan akan sektor ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan diharapkan akan berkembang secara bersamaan. Namun, melihat realita penerapan transportasi umum yang belum maksimal dan fenomena tingkat stress akibat mobilisasi masyarakat Jabodetabek menjadi bukti konkrit bahwa pengembangan transportasi umum di wilayah Jabodetabek dinilai masih belum merata. Maka dari itu, pada perancanagn kali ini perancang berusaha untuk mengatasi permasalahan rancang dan fokus pada objek rancangan yang akan mengintegrasikan dua objek bangunan moda transportasi di Kota Tangerang yang memiliki cukup banyak permasalahan dan kepuasan pengguna yang masih belum sesuai ekspektasi dalam melakukan mobilisasi. Dalam mengintegrasikan banyaknya program ruang serta aktivitas yang terjalin digunakan sebuah metode yang disebut transprogramming. Posisi metode transprogramming berperan sangat krusial pada perancangan kali ini, karena dalam prosesnya, transprogramming berperan mulai dari tahap analisis hingga pembentuk aspek formal dan spasial. Pendekatan biofilik dipilih sebagai salah satu upaya yang membantu meminimalisir permasalahan stress akibat mobilisasi serta menjadi sebuah tindakan preventif bagi kaum komuter. Dalam penerapan pendekatan biofilik, atribut biofilik digunakan sebagai penentu kualitas ruang serta menjadi salah satu konsep utama yang membuat transportation hub ini menjadi lebih berkarakter dan juga unik

Public transportation has a huge role in supporting economic growth and regional
development in Indonesia. With well-integrated public transport, harmony in the economic, social, and environmental sectors is expected to develop simultaneously. However, facing the reality of the implementation of public transportation that has not been maximized and the phenomenon of stress levels due to the mobilization of the Jabodetabek community is concrete evidence that the development of public transportation in the Jabodetabek area is considered to be still uneven. Therefore, in this design, the designer is trying to overcome design problems and focus on design objects that will integrate two transportation modes in the City of Tangerang which have quite a lot of problems and user satisfaction that still does not meet expectations in mobilizing. In integrating the many spatial programs and activities that are intertwined, a method called transprogramming is used. The position of the transprogramming method plays a very crucial role in this design because, in the process, transprogramming plays a role starting from the analysis stage to forming formal and spatial aspects. The biophilic approach was chosen as one of the efforts to help minimize stress problems due to mobilization as well as being a preventive action for commuters. In applying the biophilic approach, biophilic attributes are used to determine the quality of space and become one of the main concepts that make this transportation hub more characterized and unique.50% load.
