Abstract

Pada Pembangunan Jalur Lintas Selatan Lot 6B P.Sine-BTS Kab.Blitar 2 memiliki kebutuhan pekerjaan tanah yang cukup besar terdiri dari pekerjaan utama yaitu pekerjaan galian, pekerjaan timbunan dan lapisan base dengan volume galian tanah biasa sebesar 1.799.796,57 m3, volume galian batuan 523.734,73 m3, volume timbunan 800.627 m3 dan volume lapisan base 36.833 m3 dengan total panjang jalan 7,725 km. Maka diperlukan perhitungan penggunaan alat berat untuk pekerjaan tanah. Dalam penelitian ini objek penelitian adalah Pembangunan Jalur Lintas Selatan Lot 6B P.Sine-BTS Kab. Blitar 2, metode yang digunakan adalah menghitung produktivitas, efektivitas dan efesiensi alat berat meliputi Excavator, Excavator Bracker, Buldozer, Dump Truck, Vibrating Roller, Sheepfoot roller dan Motor Grader sehingga dapat dilakukan pemilihan tipe alat berat yang efektif dan efesien menggunakan kombinasi-kombinasi alat berat yang disesuaikan spesifikasi sesuai penyedia alat berat dengan mempertimbangkan biaya dan idle time yang optimal. Berdasarkan analisa yang direncanakan, didapatkan beberapa tipe alat berat yang digunakan dalam proyek ini antara lain adalah: 4 bulldozer tipe Komatsu D65EX-17 untuk perkerjaan pembersihan lahan, Excavator breaker tipe JCB JS220 + HT 140, Excavator tipe Doosan 220 LC, Dumptruck tipe Nissan CWB 18T untuk pekerjaan galian, sedangkan untuk pekerjaan timbunan didapatkan alat Dumptruck tipe Nissan CWB 18T, Bulldozer tipe CAT D6D, Sheepfoot roller dan Vibrating roller tipe HAMM 311D. dan Pekerjaan lapisan base didapatkan alat Dumptruck tipe Nissan CWB 18T, motor grader tipe GD 535-5, Vibrating roller tipe SAKAI SV 521D, Water tank truk tipe Isuzu TLD-56. Penjadwalan alat berat dimulai dengan pekerjaan pembersihan lahan, kemudian dilanjutkan pekerjaan galian, pekerjaan timbunan dan pekerjaan lapisan base dengan total durasi 264 hari kalender, dan total biaya pekerjaan tanah kurang lebih Rp.139.632.880.560,00.

In the construction of the Trans South Road Lot 6B P.Sine-BTS Kab.Blitar 2 has a large enough earthwork need consisting of main works, namely excavation work, backfill work and base layer with an ordinary soil excavation volume of 1,799,796.57 m3, rock excavation volume of 523,734.73 m3, heap volume of 800,627 m3 and base layer volume of 36,833 m3 with a total road length of 7,725 km. Then it is necessary to calculate the use of heavy equipment for earthworks. In this study the object of research is the Construction of the Trans South Road Lot 6B P.Sine-BTS Kab.Blitar 2 Regency, the method used is to calculate the productivity, effectiveness and efficiency of heavy equipment including Excavators, Bracker Excavators, Bulldozers, Dump Trucks, Vibrating Rollers, Sheepfoot rollers and Motor Graders so that effective and efficient heavy equipment type selection can be carried out using combinations of heavy equipment that are adjusted to specifications according to heavy equipment providers with Consider optimal cost and idle time. Based on the planned analysis, several types of heavy equipment used in this project were obtained, including: 4 Komatsu D65EX-17 type bulldozers for land clearing work, JCB JS220 + HT 140 type breaker excavators, Doosan 220 LC type excavators, Nissan CWB 18T type dumptrucks for excavation work, while for stockpile work Nissan CWB 18T type dumptrucks were obtained, CAT D6D type bulldozer, Sheepfoot roller and HAMM 311D type vibrating roller. and Base layer work obtained Nissan CWB 18T type dumptruck, GD 535-5 type motor grader, SAKAI SV 521D type Vibrating roller, Isuzu TLD-56 type water tank truck. Heavy equipment scheduling begins with land clearing work, then continues excavation work, stockpile work and base layer work with a total duration of 264 calendar days, and the total cost of earthworks is Rp.139,632,880,560.00.
