Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dapat memiliki peranan penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Terutama kaitannya di bidang pemasaran yang terjadi dalam proses jual beli di suatu perusahaan atau badan usaha untuk mempromosikan produknya.Salah satu dampak positif dari teknologi dalam kehidupan manusia, terutama di bidang pemasaran yakni proses penyampaian informasi secara cepat. Tidak terbatas ke beberapa sektor, perkembangan internet juga berdampak ke segala sektor terutama di suatu perusahaan. Lea Aviliani Aziz Ketua Himpunan Desain Interior Indonesia mengatakan bahwa kebutuhan jasa desain interior akan terus meningkat secara signifikan diandingkan tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Tidak dipungkiri bahwa kenyamanan dan keindahan dalam suatu kantor atau tempat kerja juga menjadi salah satu faktor penting agar menciptakan suasana kerja nyaman dan semakin produktif. Maka dari hal tersebut dengan program magang yang bersertifikat di PT Media Kreasi Abadi. Tujuan dari penelitian sendiri dilakukan untuk untuk memudahkan konsumen dalam berhubungan dan melakukan pemesanan untuk jasa tersebut. Aplikasi Figma digunakan untuk mengembangkan antarmuka pengalaman pengguna untuk kebutuhan platform website dan mobile. Dengan adanya website dan aplikasi mobile diharapkan perusahaan akan lebih mudah dalam melakukan promosi, memudahkan pengunjung dalam berkonsultasi desain tanpa harus datang ke kantor secara langsung dan disisi lain pemasaran akan lebih luas tidak hanya dikenal oleh masyarakat lokal saja.

The development of technology can play a crucial role in human life, especially in the field of marketing, which involves the buying and selling processes in a company or business to promote its products. One of the positive impacts of technology in human life, particularly in marketing, is the ability to deliver information quickly. The impact of the internet is not limited to a few sectors; it affects all sectors, especially in a company. Lea Aviliani Aziz, the Chairperson of the Indonesian Interior Design Association, stated that the demand for interior design services will continue to increase significantly compared to previous years. It is undeniable that comfort and beauty in an office or workplace are also important factors in creating a comfortable and more productive working environment. Therefore, with a certified internship program at PT Media Kreasi Abadi, the research aims to facilitate consumers in interacting and making reservations for these design services. The Figma application is used to develop the user experience interface for both the website and mobile platform needs. With the presence of the website and mobile application, it is hoped that the company will find it easier to promote its services, enabling visitors to consult designs without having to come to the office in person, and on the other hand, marketing will reach a wider audience beyond just the local community.
