Abstract

Proyek Pembangunan Jalur Lintas Selatan LOT 6A yang menghubungkan Pantai Sine - Batas Kab. Blitar terletak pada bibir pantai dan daerah perbukitan dengan perbedaan elevasi yang besar. Akibatnya terdapat pekerjaan galian dan timbunan melebihi kriteria desain. Selain hal tersebut, jalan Jalur Lintas Selatan LOT 6A dibangun di atas tanah lunak dengan hasil soil investigation pada STA 0+400 hingga STA 0+650 data CBR kurang dari 3%. Tinggi timbunan pada lokasi tersebut antara 9 hingga 18 m (melebihi H kritis) dan penurunan yang akan terjadi melebihi kriteria desain. Berdasarkan analisis stabilisasi timbunan didapatkan nilai safety factor (SF) sebesar 0,88. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perencanaan perbaikan tanah untuk mencegah potensi terjadinya pemampatan yang sangat besar dan longsor pada saat dilakukan pekerjaan penimbunan. Metode perbaikan daya dukung tanah lunak yang dapat dilakukan pada timbunan tinggi jalan jalur lintas selatan LOT 6A STA 0+400 hingga STA 0+650 adalah dengan membandingkan metode Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) kombinasi Preloading dan Replacement. Sedangkan metode replacement dilakukan dengan cara mengganti material tanah dasar setebal 1,5 meter degan material batu dan 2 meter dengan material tanah biasa. Pada area tersebut dibagi menjadi 2 zona yaitu, Zona A (STA 0+400 - STA 0+550) dan Zona B (STA 0+550 – STA 0+650). Tanah compressible pada zona A sedalam 6,5 m dan pada zona B sedalam 4,5 m. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan di kedua zona digunakan PVD dengan pola pemasangan persegi dengan jarak antar PVD sejauh 1 m. Pada zona A dipasang PVD sedalam 6,5 m sehingga derajat konsolidasi 90% dicapai dalam waktu 2 minggu. sedangkan pada zona B dipasang PVD sedalam 4,5 m sehingga derajat konsolidasi 90% dicapai dalam waktu 2 minggu. Untuk perkuatan stabilitas timbunan digunakan geotekstil tipe woven dengan kuat tarik 100 kN/m berjumlan 5 lapis pada zona A dan 4 lapis pada zona B. Pada pekerjaan perbaikan tanah dasar didapatkan total volume pekerjaan galian sebesar 63.994,475 m3 dan pekerjaan timbunan sebesar 159.422,675 m3.

Southern Cross Line construction project LOT 6A connecting sine Beach-district boundary. Blitar is located on the coast and hilly areas with large elevation differences. As a result, there is excavation and backfill work exceeding the design criteria. In addition, the Southern Cross lane road LOT 6A was built on soft soil with soil investigation results at STA 0+400 to STA 0+650 CBR data of less than 3%. The height of the embankment at the site is between 9 to 18 m (exceeding the critical H) and the subsidence that will occur exceeds the design criteria. Based on heap stabilization analysis obtained the value of safety factor (SF) of 0,88. Therefore, it is necessary to do soil improvement planning to prevent the potential for a very large compression and landslides during the hoarding work. Soft soil bearing capacity improvement method that can be done on the high embankment of the Southern Cross Road LOT 6A STA 0+400 to STA 0+650 is by comparing the Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) combination of Preloading and Replacement. While the replacement method is done by replacing the basic soil material as thick as 1.5 meters degan stone material and 2 meters with ordinary soil material. In the planning of reinforcement of pile stability will be used the method of using geotextiles. The area is divided into 2 zones, namely Zone A (STA 0+400 - STA 0+550) and Zone B (STA 0+550 – STA 0+650). Compressible soil in zone A is 6.5 m deep and in zone B is 4.5 m deep. Based on the calculation results of the two zones, PVD was used with a square installation pattern with a distance of 1 m between the PVDs. In zone A PVD is installed as deep as 6.5 m so that the degree of consolidation of 90% is achieved within 2 weeks. while in zone B PVD is installed as deep as 4.5 m so that the degree of consolidation of 90% is achieved within 2 weeks. To strengthen the stability of the embankment, 5 layers of woven type geotextile with a tensile strength of 100 kN/m are used in zone A and 4 layers in zone B. In the subgrade improvement work, a total volume of excavation work was obtained of 63,994.475 m3 and embankment work of 159,422.675 m3.
