Abstract

Transportasi publik selalu menjadi tugas besar di Surabaya. Transportasi publik yang ada seperti Suroboyo Bus belum bisa mengurai kemacetan yang selalu terjadi di jalan-jalan besar Kota Surabaya. Pertambahan jumlah kendaraan per tahunnya juga menambah buruk keadaan transportasi di Surabaya. Park & Ride adalah salah satu cara dan proses transisi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengubah kebiasaan perilaku berkendara masyarakat dari kendaraan pribadi hingga beralih ke transportasi umum. Park & Ride yang ada dinilai sebagai fasilitas alih moda dan bagaimana fasilitas ini terkoneksi dengan transportasi publik. Penilaian ini dilakukan dengan analisis multikriteria dan sentralitas. Hasil analisis multikriteria menunjukkan 2 dari 6 fasilitas eksisting berada pada lokasi yang kurang optimal. Hasil analisis sentralitas menunjukkan hasil bervariasi. Dari kedua analisis ditemukan 3 rekomendasi lokasi baru fasilitas Park & Ride sebagai fasilitas alih moda penunjang Suroboyo Bus.

Surabaya has traditionally struggled with public transportation. Existing public transportation, such as the Suroboyo Bus, has been unable to alleviate traffic congestion on Surabaya City's main roads. The rise in the number of vehicles every year affects Surabaya's transportation situation. An approach and transition process that can be used to move people's driving habits from private vehicles to public transportation is Park & Ride. Surabaya's Park & Ride is assessed as a modal transfer facility and how it is linked to existing public transportation specifically Suroboyo Bus. This evaluation used multicriteria and centrality analysis. According to the results of the multicriteria analysis, two of the six current facilities are not in the best location. The results of the centrality analysis are mixed. Three potential locations for the Park & Ride facility as a modal shift facility to assist the Suroboyo Bus were identified as a result of the two analyses.
