Abstract

Optimalisasi kualitas pelayanan Suroboyo Bus meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk menaiki transportasi umum yang ada di Kota Surabaya. Hal tersebut terbukti dari adanya peningkatan pengguna bus setiap tahunnya. Adanya peningkatan kualitas layanan transportasi umum perlu diikuti dengan peningkatan kualitas penunjangnya yang terdiri dari non-motorized mode feeder dan motorized mode feeder. Jalur pedestrian sebagai salah satu non-motorized mode feeder memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan kenyamanan pengguna bus dari titik asal hingga tujuan, yakni halte atau pemberhentian bus. Namun, jalur pedestrian dan halte di Kecamatan Mulyorejo saat ini kondisinya banyak yang memprihatinkan, seperti sulit dilewati dan tidak terlihat keberadaannya di beberapa titik yang dilewati oleh transportasi umum. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa pembangunan jalur pedestrian dan halte dibangun tanpa mempertimbangkan konektivitas keduanya. Fakta demikian dapat berpengaruh terhadap minat pengguna jalur pedestrian dan halte. Untuk itu, perlu diketahui preferensi penduduk Kecamatan Mulyorejo terhadap penggunaan jalur pedestrian dan halte sebagai penunjang Suroboyo Bus. Tujuan tersebut dapat dicapai dengan pengkajian faktor-faktor berpengaruh dengan metode Systematic Literature Review yang hasilnya adalah faktor keamanan kenyamanan, daya tarik, landuse, konektivitas, dan service availability. Kemudian, enam faktor tersebut digunakan untuk mendapatkan preferensi penduduk terhadap penggunaan jalur pedestrian dan halte. Melalui penelitian ini, dihasilkan preferensi pengguna jalur pedestrian dan halte terhadap tiap-tiap faktor berpengaruh sehingga diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dalam penyediaan jalur pedestrian yang terhubung dengan halte bus sebagai penunjang Suroboyo Bus.

Optimizing the quality of Suroboyo Bus services increases public interest in taking public transportation in the city of Surabaya. This is evident from the increase in bus users every year. An increase in the quality of public transportation services needs to be followed by an increase in the quality of its supports, which consist of non-motorized mode feeders and motorized mode feeders. Pedestrian lanes, as one of the non-motorized mode feeders, have an important role in providing comfort for bus users from the point of origin to the destination, namely bus stops. However, the pedestrian paths and shelters in Mulyorejo District are currently in very poor condition, such as being difficult to pass and not being visible at several points where public transportation passes. This indicates that the construction of pedestrian paths and bus stops was done without considering the connectivity of the two. Such facts can affect the interests of pedestrians and bus stop users. For this reason, it is necessary to know the preferences of the residents of Mulyorejo District towards the use of pedestrian paths and shelters as a support for the Suroboyo Bus. This goal can be achieved by assessing the influencing factors using the Systematic Literature Review method, the results of which are safety, comfort, attractiveness, land use, connectivity, and service availability. Then, these six factors are used to determine residents' preferences for the use of pedestrian paths and bus stops. Through this research, the preferences of users of pedestrian paths and bus stops for each influential factor are generated, so it is hoped that this research can become a consideration for the Surabaya City Government in providing pedestrian paths that are connected to bus stops as a support for the Suroboyo Bus.
