Abstract
PT XYZ merupakan suatu perusahaan eksportir furniture yang belum memiliki suatu sistem pengukuran kinerja yang terstruktur. Perusahaan mengalami permasalahan di aspek rantai pasok berupa kesulitan memenuhi pesanan customer dan penumpukan produk jadi di gudang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu sistem pengukuran kinerja bagi rantai pasok untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi permasalahan tersebut dan melakukan upaya perbaikan, beserta implementasi pengukuran kinerja untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja perusahaan saat ini. Terdapat 13 indikator kinerja yang disusun berdasarkan pemetaan dengan proses utama rantai pasok pada kerangka Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) dengan 2 indikator tidak diukur ketercapaiannya. Setiap indikator kinerja ditentukan bobot kepentingannya menggunakan metode pairwise comparison dalam Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Kinerja perusahaan pada kondisi eksisting kemudian diukur dan dibandingkan dengan nilai capaian dari perusahaan lain pada sektor yang sama. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran dan rentang nilai pencapaian pada traffic light system, ketercapaian kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan jika dibandingkan (benchmark) dengan perusahaan di industri yang sama memiliki 3 indikator yang memiliki ketercapaian buruk, 2 indikator memiliki ketercapaian cukup, dan 4 indikator memiliki ketercapaian yang baik. Sedangkan ketercapaian berdasarkan target perusahaan menunjukkan terdapat 6 indikator dengan ketercapaian buruk, 1 indikator dengan ketercapaian cukup, dan 4 indikator dengan ketercapaian baik. Nilai ketercapaian kinerja keseluruhan perusahaan mencapai 67%.

PT XYZ is a furniture exporter company that does not have a structured performance measurement system. The company experiences problems in the supply chain aspect in the form of difficulties in fulfilling customer orders and the accumulation of finished products in the warehouse. This research aims to develop a performance measurement system for the supply chain to identify factors that influence these problems and make improvement efforts, along with the implementation of performance measurement to determine the company's current performance level. There are 13 performance indicators that are compiled based on mapping with the main supply chain processes in the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) framework with 2 indicators not measured for achievement. Each performance indicator is determined by its importance weight using the pairwise comparison method in the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The company's performance in the existing conditions is then measured and compared with the achievement values of other companies in the same sector. Based on the measurement results and the range of achievement values in the traffic light system, the achievement of the company's supply chain performance when compared (benchmark) with companies in the same industry has 3 indicators that have poor achievement, 2 indicators have sufficient achievement, and 4 indicators have good achievement. While the achievement based on the company's target shows there are 6 indicators with poor achievement, 1 indicator with sufficient achievement, and 4 indicators with good achievement. The overall performance achievement value of the company reached 67%.
