Abstract

Pushback Tug merupakan salah satu Ground Support Equipment yang digunakan untuk menunjang aktifitas ground handling pesawat dan kelancaran kegiatan operasional di bandara udara. Seiring berjalannya waktu, perkembangan teknologi semakin tinggi hingga beberapa industri ingin mengembangkan teknologi yang menggunakan bahan bakar minyak menjadi teknologi yang ramah lingkungan. Teknologi yang ramah lingkungan dapat terwujud dengan memanfaatkan energi terbarukan seperti energi listrik. Didukung oleh perkembangan teknologi yang mampu memberikan fasilitas dalam mengembangkan teknologi ramah lingkungan, industri manufaktur tertarik untuk membuat Electric Vehicle Remote Control Pushback Tug. Tidak berfokus dalam hal ramah lingkungan saja, namun juga dari segi penggunaan bahan bakar, kebisingan hingga biaya maintenance alat. Penggunaan sparepart yang lebih efisien menjadi salah satu alasan dalam melakukan transisi dari konvensional menjadi Electric Vehicle Remote Control Pushback Tug. Penggunaan produk terbaru dalam suatu industri tentunya tidak lepas dari adanya faktor safety. Faktor safety menjadi salah satu kunci utama dalam memenuhi perizinan dari pihak otoritas untuk dapat digunakan di lapangan. Maka, diperlukan adanya identifikasi potensial hazard serta analisis resiko Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada aspek product safety dan safety penggunaan produk. Metode yang digunakan dalam metode ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan pendekatan SHERPA, HEART dan Fault Tree Analysis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan strategi rekomendasi pengendalian hazard yang akan digunakan sebagai landasan pembuatan guidelines atau Standard Operating Procedure dan working instruction dari Electric Vehicle Remote Control Pushback Tug.

Pushback Tug is one of the Ground Support Equipment used to support aircraft ground handling activities and smooth operational activities at airports. As time goes by, technological developments are getting higher so that several industries want to develop technologies that use fuel oil to become environmentally friendly technologies. Environmentally friendly technology can be realized by utilizing renewable energy such as electricity. Supported by technological developments that can provide facilities in developing environmentally friendly technologies, the manufacturing industry is interested in making the Electric Vehicle Remote Control Pushback Tug. It does not only focus on being environmentally friendly, but also in terms of fuel use, noise and equipment maintenance costs. The use of more efficient spare parts is one of the reasons for making the transition from conventional to Electric Vehicle Remote Control Pushback Tug. The use of the latest products in an industry cannot be separated from the safety factor. The safety factor is one of the main keys in fulfilling permits from the authorities to be used in the field. So, it is necessary to identify potential hazards and analyze Occupational Health and Safety risks in the aspects of product safety and product use safety. The method used in this method is quantitative and qualitative analysis with SHERPA, HEART and Fault Tree Analysis approaches. This research produces a recommendation strategy for hazard control that will be used as a basis for making guidelines or Standard Operating Procedures and working instructions from the Electric Vehicle Remote Control Pushback Tug.
