Abstract

Tebing terowong inlet yang merupakan komponen pekerjaan pada Bendungan Jragung yang terletak di Desa Candirejo, Kecamatan Pringapus, Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Pada tebing terowong inlet dengan kondisi tanpa perkuatan terjadi kelongsoran, maka perlu dilakukan penambahan perkuatan yaitu salah satunya dengan perkuatan soil nailing. Perkuatan soil nailing telah menjadi teknik yang umum digunakan dalam meningkatkan stabilitas tebing pada proyek konstruksi. Dalam analisis stabilitas tebing dilakukan dengan metode perhitungan manual dan bantuan perangkat lunak. Perhitungan manual merupakan metode tradisional yang melibatkan perhitungan secara manual berdasarkan teori geoteknik yang relevan. Penggunaan perangkat lunak geoteknik seperti geostudio dapat memberikan pendekatan perhitungan yang lebih canggih dalam menganalisis stabilitas tebing. Studi ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan hasil analisis stabilitas tebing dengan perkuatan soil nailing menggunakan perhitungan manual dan perangkat lunak geostudio. Karakteristik geoteknik tebing dan parameter tanah, seperti sifat fisik, sudut gesek dalam tanah, dan kondisi air tanah, diidentifikasi melalui pengujian laboratorium dan survei lapangan. Selanjutnya, perhitungan manual dan menggunakan perangkat lunak geostudio dilakukan berdasarkan teori geoteknik yang relevan, termasuk analisis faktor keamanan dan perhitungan dengan perkuatan soil nailing yang bekerja pada tebing. Analisis stabilitas tebing dilakukan dengan membandingkan faktor keamanan sebelum dan setelah penerapan perkuatan soil nailing. Pengaruh perkuatan soil nailing terhadap stabilitas tebing dievaluasi dengan membandingkan perubahan faktor keamanan dan deformasi tebing. Hasil analisis menunjukkan faktor keamanan yang semula tebing tanpa perkuatan pada tanah lapisan 1, tanah lapisan 2, tanah lapisan 3, dan tanah lapisan 4 dengan segala kondisi ketinggian muka air, tanpa adanya beban gempa dan adanya beban gempa di bawah ambang batas kestabilan yaitu kurang dari 1,5 tanpa adanya beban gempa dan kurang 1,1. Tabing tanah lapisan 1, tanah lapisan 2, tanah lapisan 3, tanah lapisan 4 menjadi lebih besar dari syarat yang telah ditentukan tersebut setelah penerapan perkuatan soil nailing dengan kemiringan 10° dengan nilai faktor keamanan paling kritis sebesar 1,17 pada kondisi muka air rapid drawdown dengan adanya beban gempa . Analisis ini dapat digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan desain perkuatan pada proyek konstruksi tebing pada tebing terowong inlet Bendungan Jragung. Dengan mengadopsi perkuatan soil nailing yang tepat, risiko kegagalan tebing dapat dikurangi dan keamanan struktur dapat terjamin

The inlet tunnel slope is a component of the work on the Jragung Dam which is located in Candirejo Village, Pringapus District, Semarang Regency, Central Java. On the slopes of the inlet tunnel with unreinforced conditions, landslides occur, it is necessary to add reinforcement, one of which is soil nailing reinforcement. Reinforcement of soil nailing has become a technique commonly used to increase the stability of slopes in construction projects. The slope stability analysis is carried out using manual calculation methods and software assistance. Manual calculation is a traditional method that involves manual calculation based on relevant geotechnical theory. The use of geotechnical software such as geostudio can provide a more sophisticated computational approach in analyzing slope stability. This study aims to compare the results of slope stability analysis with soil nailing reinforcement using manual calculations and geostudio software. The geotechnical characteristics of the cliffs and soil parameters, such as physical properties, soil friction angle and groundwater conditions, were identified through laboratory tests and field surveys. Furthermore, manual calculations and using geostudio software are carried out based on relevant geotechnical theory, including factor of safety analysis and calculations with soil nailing reinforcement working on slopes. Slope stability analysis was carried out by comparing the safety factor before and after applying soil nailing reinforcement. Reinforcement measures, such as nail length, nail spacing, and nail strength used, were selected based on analysis results and design recommendations. The effect of soil nailing reinforcement on slope stability was evaluated by comparing changes in the factor of safety and bank deformation. The results of the analysis show that the initial safety factor of the unreinforced slopes is in layer 1, layer 2, layer 3, and layer 4 with all conditions of water level, without any earthquake load and the earthquake load is below the stability threshold, which is less than 1.5 without earthquake loads and less than 1.1. Tabing of layer 1 soil, layer 2 soil, layer 3 soil, layer 4 soil becomes larger than the predetermined requirements after the application of soil nailing reinforcement with a slope of 10° with the most critical safety factor value of 1.17 in rapid drawdown water level conditions with the earthquake load. This analysis can be used to optimize the design of reinforcement in a cliff construction project on the slopes of the Jragung Dam inlet tunnel. By adopting appropriate soil nailing reinforcement, the risk of bank failure can be reduced and the safety of the structure can be ensured.
