Abstract

Program magang Grab Campus Apprenticeship Program memberikan hasil signifikan dalam bentuk perbaikan pada alur proses dan pengurangan biaya. Melalui proyek utama DSS Improvement, analisis mendalam terhadap faktor-faktor kontributor kepuasan pelanggan menghasilkan perubahan yang berdampak positif. Tindakan konkret termasuk pembuatan instruksi kerja standar, penambahan tenaga kerja, dan penggantian plat kendaraan. Peningkatan kualitas hingga 80% dalam indeks DSS, meskipun diiringi kenaikan biaya, serta waktu pelayanan yang lebih cepat, mencerminkan hasil dari proyek ini. Selain itu, proyek sampingan Cost Reduction menunjukkan bahwa mengambil alih pekerjaan perawatan kendaraan dari pihak ketiga dapat mengurangi biaya dengan efektif. Penyempurnaan program magang ini dapat dicapai dengan memfokuskan proyek sesuai dengan kurikulum awal, keterlibatan penuh intern sejak awal, dan meningkatkan aktivitas keterlibatan antar peserta magang. Saran untuk pihak kemendikbudristi melibatkan penyesuaian konversi SKS yang lebih fleksibel, pencairan dana saku tepat waktu, dan penyediaan informasi yang jelas. Pengalaman peserta magang mencerminkan tantangan beradaptasi dengan budaya kerja dan mengatasi ekspektasi mentor, tetapi hasil akhirnya memberikan pengalaman yang berharga dan pengetahuan yang mendalam dalam dunia bisnis.

The Grab Campus Apprenticeship Program internship provides significant outcomes in the form of process enhancement and cost reduction. Through the main project, DSS Improvement, an in-depth analysis of customer satisfaction-contributing factors led to impactful positive changes. Concrete actions included the establishment of standard work instructions, the addition of workforce, and vehicle plate replacement. An 80% increase in DSS index quality, accompanied by cost escalation and faster service time, reflects the project's results. Furthermore, the Cost Reduction side project demonstrates the effective cost reduction achieved by internalizing vehicle maintenance tasks previously outsourced to third parties.Enhancements to the internship program can be achieved by aligning projects with the initial curriculum, involving interns fully from the outset, and fostering increased engagement among participants. Recommendations for the education ministry involve flexible credit conversion adjustments, timely disbursement of stipends, and clear information dissemination. Interns' experiences reflect challenges in adapting to work culture and meeting mentor expectations; however, the ultimate outcome provides valuable experiential insights and in-depth business knowledge.
