Abstract

Air limbah domestik merupakan salah satu permasalahan Dusun Seduri yang kompleks dan hampir terkesampingkan dibanding dengan pengolahan persampahan di Desa Seduri Kecamatan Mojosari. Air merupakan sumber daya alam yang diperlukan untuk hajad hidup orang banyak, bahkan oleh semua makhluk hidup. Oleh karena itu sumber daya air harus dilindungi agar tetap dapat dimanfaatkan. Air untuk berbagai kepentingan harus digunakan secara bijaksana dengan memperhitungkan kepentingan generasi sekarang dan generasi mendatang.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh melalui wawacara menggunakan kuesioner dan didukung data-data sekunder dari Kelurahan Seduri dan dinas-dinas terkait untuk mengetahui keadaan eksisting wilayah studi dengan analisis dari aspek berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan data bahwa pengolahan air bersih dan air limbah domestik wilayah studi hanya sebatas pembuangan air limbah kamar mandi (grey water) pada saluran drainase dan air limbah tinja (black water) dengan pengolahan septik tank yang diduga menggunakan struktur bangunan yang kurang memadai. Air limbah domestik adalah penyumbang polutan dominan terhadap badan air. Tingginya kandungan zat organik dalam air limbah domestik menjadi alasan perlunya pengolahan sebelum pembuangan ke badan air. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan membangun Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL) domestik komunal. Sumber air bersih Dusun Seduri sebagian besar berasal dari sumur bor dan sumur gali . Kedalam rata- rata sumur bor adalah 3-7 meter sehingga masih berpotensi tercermar air limbah domestik. Kondisi air limbah kakus Dusun Seduri sudah terolah dengan menggunakan tangki septik sedangkan air limbah non kakus Sebagian besar dibuang ke resapan dan selokan. Jarak sumur dengan tangki septik/ resapan rata-rata 5-10 m. Kriteria jarak tangki septik dan sumur lebih dari 10 m sehingga sumur sangat berpotensi tercemar limbah. Oleh karena itu diperlukan instalasi bangunan pengolahan air limbah komunal, yaitu ABR (Anaerobik Baffle Reactor).

Domestic waste water is a complex problem in Mojosari District and is almost neglected compared to solid waste processing in Seduri Village, Mojosari District. Water is a natural resource that is needed for the life of many people, even by all living things. Therefore water resources must be protected so that they can still be utilized. Water for various purposes must be used wisely by taking into account the interests of present and future generations.
The research method used is a qualitative analysis method. Data obtained through interviews using a questionnaire and supported by secondary data from the seduri sub-district and related agencies to find out the existing condition of the study area with an analysis of aspects based on the results of the analysis obtained data that the treatment of clean water and domestic wastewater in the study area is only limited to water disposal bathroom waste (gray water) in drainage channels and fecal waste water (black water) with septic tank treatment suspected of using inadequate building structures. Domestic wastewater is the dominant pollutant contributor to water bodies. The high content of organic matter in domestic wastewater is the reason for the need for treatment before disposal into water bodies. One effort that can be done is to build a communal domestic Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP). Most of the clean water sources in Seduri Hamlet come from drilled and dug wells. The average depth to a drilled well is 3-7 meters so that it still has the potential to be contaminated with domestic wastewater. The condition of Seduri Hamlet latrine waste water has been treated using a septic tank, while most of the non-latrine waste water is disposed of in seepage and ditches. The distance between the well and the septic tank/infiltration is on average 5-10 m. the criteria for the distance between the septic tank and the well is more than 10 m so that the well has the potential to be polluted by waste. Therefore, it is necessary to install a communal wastewater treatment building, namely ABR (Anaerobic Baffle Reactor).
