Abstract

Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Konstruksi (SMKK) merupakan bagian dari Sistem Manajemen Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Konstruksi untuk menjamin keselamatan konstruksi. Unsur SMKK adalah: Kepemimpinan dan keterlibatan staf dalam keselamatan konstruksi, perencanaan keselamatan konstruksi, dukungan keselamatan konstruksi, operasi keselamatan konstruksi dan evaluasi kinerja keselamatan konstruksi. Perencanaan keselamatan konstruksi adalah kegiatan yang sekurang-kurangnya mencakup identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko, manajemen risiko dan rencana tindakan yang tertuang dalam peluang, sasaran dan program, serta kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan konstruksi dan peraturan perundang-undangan. Pada proyek terapan yang terakhir, kali ini penulis merencanakan pekerjaan konstruksi balok SMKK di Proyek Pembangunan Jembatan Manggar pada Jalan Tol Balikpapan-Samarinda Seksi 5. Pada tahap identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko dan pengendalian risiko yang saat ini menjadi poin penting dalam perencanaan keselamatan konstruksi, penulis menerapkan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assesment and Risk Control). risiko yang disajikan oleh bahaya tersebut kemudian menghitung kecukupan tindakan pengendalian yang ada dan memutuskan apakah risiko tersebut dapat diterima atau tidak. Setelah perencanaan keselamatan konstruksi selesai, dihitung biaya pelaksanaan SMKK. Dari hasil pelaksanaan Pekerjaan utama dari erection PCI girder dengan menggunakan crane adalah, pekerjaan pendahuluan, mobilisasi PCI girder, Stressing PCI girder dan erection girder. Produktivitas erection PCI girder menggunakan alat crane pada Gelagar PC-I, 39.0m sampai 41.0m, H=2.10m, penyediaan, Gelagar PC-I, 39.0m to 41.0m, H=2.10m, pemasangan, Penyediaan pancang beton bulat, dia. 60 cm, Pemancangan t pancang, dia. 60 cm, Pemancangant peg ,dia. 60 cm berada di danau, Diharapkan proyek akhir aplikasi ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi dunia konstruksi di Indonesia, khususnya dengan meningkatkan vitalitas, kesehatan dan keselamatan di tempat kerja.

The Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) is part of the Construction Work Implementation Management System to ensure construction safety. The elements of SMKK are: Leadership and staff involvement in construction safety, construction safety planning, construction safety support, construction safety operations and evaluation of construction safety performance. Construction safety planning is an activity that at least includes hazard identification, risk assessment, risk management and action plans contained in opportunities, targets and programs, as well as compliance with construction safety standards and laws and regulations. In the last applied project, this time the author plans construction work on SMKK beams in the Manggar Bridge Construction Project on Section 5 of the Balikpapan-Samarinda Toll Road. At the hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control stages which are currently important points in construction safety planning, the authors apply the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method. the risk presented by the hazard then calculates the adequacy of the existing control measures and decides whether the risk is acceptable or not. After the construction safety planning is completed, the cost of implementing the SMKK is calculated. From the results of the implementation of the main work of erecting PCI girders using cranes, preliminary work, mobilizing PCI girders, stressing PCI girders and erecting girders. Productivity PCI girder erection using a crane on PC-I girder, 39.0m to 41.0m, H=2.10m, provision, PC-I girder, 39.0m to 41.0m, H=2.10m, installation, provision of round concrete piles, diameter 60 cm, erection t piles, diameter 60 cm, erection of 60 cm diameter handrail in the lake, It is hoped that the final project of this application can contribute to the world of construction in Indonesia, especially by increasing vitality, health and safety in the workplace.
