Abstract

Perbaikan Produk rekondisi Grinding Roll yang berkualitas sebagai wujud perusahaan mengupayaan meningkatkan mutu dan menekan proses pengoperasian yang dihasilkan sekecil mungkin pada proses produksi. Diakibatkan belum maksimal alat bantu Hardfacing Fixture pada table rotary welding yang ada. Sehingga kurang mampu memberikan kemudahan dalam proses rekondisi. Sistem fixture menjawab permasalahannya inovasi yang dikembangkan seperti adanya fleksibilitas alat, linier fixture indexing membantu keakurasian dalam penyelarasan. Sistem lokator dengan bentuk fillet dan support bearing untuk membantu proses penyelarasan Grinding Roll, serta pemilihan baut dan material yang tepat sebagai solusi yang ditawarkan. Pengambilan data digunakan untuk acuan melakukan pengembangan Hardfacing Fixture. Seperti dalam pebuatan desain 3D kerangka menggunakan software SolidWork. Analisa perhitungan tegangan- tegangan yang terjadi sebagai pemilihan part fixture grinding roll. Dimana simulasi menggunakan software Ansys sebagai parameter ukur simulasi kekuatan keberhasilan perencanaan. Sehingga mendapatkan hasil perancangan rekomendasi sebagai acuan untuk membantu proses rekondisi Grinding Roll.

Improvement of quality Grinding Roll reconditioned products as a form of the company's efforts to improve quality and reduce the operation process to produce as little as possible in the production process. The result is that the Hardfacing Fixture has not been maximized on the existing rotary welding table. So it is less able to provide convenience in the reconditioning process. The fixture system answers the problem with innovations developed such as tool flexibility, and linear fixture indexing helps with alignment accuracy. A locator system with fillet shape and bearing support to help the Grinding Roll alignment process, as well as selecting the suitable bolts and materials as the solution offered. Data collection is used as a reference for developing Hardfacing Fixtures. As in making a 3D framework design using SolidWorks software. Analysis of the calculation of the stresses that occur as the option of grinding roll fixture parts. The simulation uses Ansys software as a parameter to measure the power simulation of planning success. With the result that the design recommendations are obtained as a reference to help the Grinding Roll reconditioning process.
