Abstract

Manajemen proyek mempunyai perananan yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek agar dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Dalam implementasi Terminal Operating System (TOS) di Terminal Petikemas juga membutuhkan manajemen proyek agar implementasi TOS berjalan sesuai tujuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey kepada sejumlah 48 responden yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, eksplanasi serta eksplorasi antara fungsi manajemen proyek dan implementasi Terminal Operating System (TOS) terhadap kinerja operasional di PT. IPC Terminal Petikemas Area Tanjung Priok. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis Multivariate Analysis of Variance. Metode ini bertujuan untuk menguji ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara Manajemen Proyek dengan implementasi TOS terhadap kinerja operasional di Terminal Petikemas. Komponen atau aspek Manajemen Proyek yang ditinjau terdiri dari indikator Planning, Executing,
Monitoring dan Controlling, sedangkan kinerja operasional yang ditinjau terdiri dari indikator Box/Ship/Hour, tingkat Yard Occupancy Ratio dan Truck Round Time pelayanan delivery petikemas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1). Besaran pengaruh manajemen proyek terhadap kinerja operasional bersifat positif dan signifikan. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai koefisien regresi senilai 0,076 dengan p-value dibawah 0,05. 2). Besaran pengaruh implementasi TOS terhadap kinerja operasional bersifat positif dan tidak signifikan. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai koefisien regresi senilai 0,26 dengan p-value diatas 0,05. dan 3). Besaran pengaruh manajemen proyek terhadap implementasi TOS bersifat positif dan signifikan. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai koefisien regresi senilai 0,138 dengan p-value dibawah 0,05. 4).Ketika manajemen proyek dan implementasi TOS mengalami peningkatan maka diprediksi dapat meningkatkan kinerja operasional 5). Ketika Manajemen Proyek mengalami peningkatan maka diprediksi dapat meningkatkan implementasi TOS.

Project management has a very important role in the implementation of a project so that it can run effectively and efficiently. In implementation Terminal Operating System (TOS) at the Container Terminal also requires project management so that the implementation of TOS goes according to purpose. This study uses research survey with a total of 48 respondents whose aim was to describe, explain and explore between the functions of project management and implementation TOS on operational performance at PT. IPC Container Terminal Tanjung Priok Area. The method used is

The magnitude of the influence of project management on operational performance is positive and significant. This is indicated by the value of the regression coefficient of 0.076 with a p-value below 0.05. 2). The magnitude of the influence of TOS implementation on operational performance is positive and not significant. This is indicated by the value of the regression coefficient of 0.26 with a pvalue above 0.05. and 3). The magnitude of the influence of project management on TOS implementation is positive and significant. This is indicated by the value of the regression coefficient of 0.138 with a p-value below 0.05. 4). When project management and implementation of TOS experience an increase, it is predicted to increase operational performance 5). When Project Management has increased, it is predicted to increase TOS implementation.
