Abstract

Kenjeran merupakan salah satu tempat favorit yang menjadi destinasi warga Surabaya. Selain itu, kenjeran menjadi Satu-satunya kawasan Wisata Pesisir pantai Satu-satunya di surabaya yang dapat dikunjungi. Tetapi Pada saat ini kawasan kenjeran selain terkenal akan wisata pantainya, kawasan kenjeran juga menjadi kawasan yang kumuh, macet, Airnya yang keruh, dll. Ada berbagai cara untuk Arsitek untuk menghadirkan Suasana yang lebih baik serta mengubah mindset Seseorang yang pada saat ini menganggap kawasan kenjeran merupakan kawasan yang kumuh dan berantakan. Kenjeran sendiri mempunyai beberapa daya tarik wisata yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, seperti misalnya Pantai Watu-Watu, Pantai Kenjeran, Kenjeran Park, dan produk olahan hasil laut masyarakat lokal. Lokasi ini memiliki daya tarik wisata yang terletak secara berdekatan di dalam kawasan pesisir. Meskipun beragam potensi yang dimiliki Kenjeran, saat ini kawasan tersebut belum berhasil menjadi destinasi wisata unggulan bagi kota Surabaya. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan Behavior setting digunakan daam pengembangannya untuk mempertimbangkan budaya masyarakat sekitar.

Kenjeran is one of the favorite places to become a destination for Surabaya residents. In addition, Kenjeran is the only coastal tourism area in Surabaya that can be visited. But at this time the Kenjeran area besides being famous for its beach tourism, the Kenjeran area is also a slum area, traffic jams, murky water, etc. There are various ways for Architects to present a better atmosphere and change the mindset of someone who currently considers the Kenjeran area to be a dirty and messy area. Kenjeran itself has several charms tourism that has not been utilized optimally, such as Watu-Watu Beach,Kenjeran Beach, Kenjeran Park, and local processed seafood products. This location has a tourist attraction that is located close together in the coastal area. Despite the various potentials
that Kenjeran has, currently the area has not succeeded in becoming a leading tourist destination for the city of Surabaya. Therefore, the Behavior setting approach is used in its development to consider the culture of the surrounding community
