Abstract

Supply Chain Management atau manajemen rantai pasok merupakan sebuah rantai aliran produksi mulai dari bahan mentah (raw material) sampai menjadi produk jadi yang diterima oleh konsumen. Tujuan dari pengelolaan supply chain management yaitu untuk memaksimalkan nilai yang dihasilkan dari proses bisnis perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran kinerja supply chain dengan objek amatan PT Cipta Premio Indonesia. PT Cipta Premio Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam pengolahan dan pemasaran frozen fillet dori. Perusahaan mengalami permasalahan pada pasokan bahan baku utama yaitu ikan patin, sehingga perusahaan tidak dapat melakukan produksi dan membuat stock. Perusahaan mengalami stock out pada distribution center yang menyebabkan perusahaan mengalami back order. Hal ini menyebabkan perusahaan kehilangan oppportunity cost. Situasi ini juga berdampak pada kepuasan konsumen. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pengukuran kinerja supply chain pada perusahaan. Pengukuran kinerja supply chain pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) dengan menggunakan metrik kinerja . Selain itu juga dilakukan pembobotan menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchi Process) untuk menentukan bobot dari performance indikator dalam SCOR yang meliputi plan, source, make, deliver, return. Penelitian ini mengukur performansi supply chain secara menyeluruh pada perusahaan. Dari pengukuran kinerja supply chain diperoleh hasil pencapaian perfomance secara keseluruhan yaitu 87%. Angka ini menunjukkan hasil yang sudah cukup baik dari target yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan. Terdapat satu KPI pada bagian hulu supply chain yang menunjukkan perfomance yang buruk yaitu incoming material quantity. Hal ini disebabkan oleh ketidakmampuan supplier memenuhi kebutuhan pasokan ikan ke perusahaan sehingga direkomendasikan agar perusahaan mencari alternatif supplier dan beralih dari single supplier ke multiple supplier

Supply Chain Management is a chain of production flows from raw materials to finished products received by consumers. The purpose of managing supply chain management is to maximize the value generated from the company's overall business process. In this study, the measurement of supply chain performance was carried out with the object of observation of PT Cipta Premio Indonesia. PT Cipta Premio Indonesia is a company engaged in processing and marketing frozen fillet dori. The company is experiencing problems with the supply of the main raw material, namely catfish, so that the company cannot produce and make stock. The company experienced stock out at the distribution center which caused the company to experience back orders. This caused the company to lose opportunity cost. This situation also has an impact on customer satisfaction. Therefore, a measurement of supply chain performance is carried out at the company. Measurement of supply chain performance in this study was carried out through the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) approach using performance metrics. In addition, weighting is also carried out using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchi Process) method to determine the weight of the performance indicators in SCOR which include plan, source, make, deliver, return. This study measures the overall supply chain performance of the company. From the measurement of supply chain performance, the results of achieving overall performance are 87%. This figure shows results that are good enough from the targets set by the company. There is one KPI in the upstream supply chain that shows poor performance, namely incoming material quantity. This is caused by the inability of suppliers to meet the needs of fish supply to the company so it is recommended that companies look for alternative suppliers and switch from single suppliers to multiple suppliers
