Abstract

Gedung JIIPE (Java Integrated Industrial And Ports Estate) Main Office Building merupakan gedung beton dengan struktur beton bertulang dengan menggunakan sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus (SRPMK) yang mengacu pada peraturan SNI 1726-2012. Akibat terbitnya pembaruan peraturan SNI 1726-2019 yang terdapat perubahan penentuan parameter beban gempa seperti periode dan jumlah ragam, penskalaan gaya, dan simpangan antar lantai. Evaluasi struktur dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu analisis struktur eksisting dengan sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus (SRPMK); analisis struktur eksisting (kondisi bangunan eksisting dengan peraturan baru SNI 1726-2019); dan analisis struktur dengan sistem rangka pemikul momen biasa (SRPMB) dengan penambahan penambahan peredam gempa fluid viscous damper (FVD) dengan peraturan SNI 1726-2019. Analisis evaluasi struktur bangunan eksisting terdapat beberapa lantai yang tidak memenuhi simpangan izin dan kegagalan pada elemen struktur, maka diperlukan perkuatan struktur dengan penambahan peredam gempa fluid viscous damper (FVD) untuk memperkecil nilai simpangan antar lantai dan perkuatan terhadap elemen struktur agar memenuhi kapasitas terhadap beban yang dipikul. Pemasangan fluid viscous damper (FVD) tipe 17140 sejumlah 36 buah (9 buah ditiap sisi bangunan) didapatkan reduksi nilai simpangan sebesar 30,6% pada arah x dan 24,1% pada arah y. Sehingga nilai simpangan antar lantai memenuhi simpangan izin bangunan. Perkuatan kapasitas gagal geser pada 3 frames elemen balok digunakan pemasangan carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) dan Perkuatan kapasitas gagal aksial pada 14 frames elemen kolom digunakan perkuatan concrete jacketing.

The JIIPE (Java Integrated Industrial And Ports Estate) Main Office Building is a concrete building with a reinforced concrete structure using a special moment-bearing frame system (SRPMK) which refers to SNI 1726-2012 regulations. As a result of the issuance of the updated SNI 1726-2019 regulations, there are changes in the determination of earthquake load parameters such as the period and number of variations, force scaling, and drift between floors. Evaluation of the structure is carried out in three stages, namely analysis of the existing structure with a special moment-bearing frame system (SRPMK); analysis of existing structures (existing building conditions with new regulations SNI 1726-2019); and structural analysis using the ordinary moment-bearing frame system (SRPMB) with the addition of a fluid viscous damper (FVD) according to SNI regulations 1726-2019. Analysis of the evaluation of the existing building structure has several floors that do not meet the permit deviation and failure of the structural elements, so it is necessary to strengthen the structure with the addition of a fluid viscous damper (FVD) earthquake damper to reduce the value of the deviation between floors and strengthen the structural elements so that they meet the capacity to withstand high loads. carried. The installation of 36 fluid viscous dampers (FVD) type 17140 (9 on each side of the building) resulted in a reduction in the deviation value of 30.6% in the x direction and 24.1% in the y direction. So that the deviation value between floors meets the building permit deviation. Strengthening the shear failure capacity of 3 frames of beam elements used carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) installation and reinforcement of axial failure capacity of 14 frames of column elements used concrete jacketing reinforcement.
