Abstract

Abstrak—Seiring dengan meningkatnya volume lalu lintas tiap tahunnya pada jalan ke arah Juanda maka selama ini sering terjadi penumpukan hingga menimbulkan kepadatan yang terjadi pada jam-jam sibuk (peak hour). Salah satu alternatif yang paling efisien diterapkan yaitu pembangunan Flyover Juanda-Surabaya Sidoarjo. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan perencanaan desain geometrik yaitu alinyemen horisontal, alinyemen vertikal berdasarkan ketentuan Pedoman Desain Geometrik Jalan (PDGJ) yang dikeluarkan oleh Ditrekotat Jenderal Bina Marga (2021) dan ketentuan AASHTO 2011. Untuk menentukan kebutuhan lebar jalur yang yang dapat memenuhi kapasitas jalan menggunakan jam desain (qJD) yang didapat dari data volume lalu lintas harian rata-rata (AADT). Berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan manual dengan metode Bina Marga (PDGJ 2021) didapatkan panjang rencana jalan dari STA 0+000.000 hinga STA 0+406.89, terdapat dua buah tikungan Full Circle (FC) dengan RC1 = 250 m ; LC1 = 137.689 m dan RC2 = 90 m ; LC2 = 137.925 m. Alinyemen vertikal terdapat dua buah lengkung cembung dengan Lv = 140 m dan G1 = 5% dan G2= -3.5 %. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis pemodelan dengan program Civil 3D 2021 yang mengacu standar AASHTO 2011, didapatkan dua buah tipe tikungan Full Circle RC1 = 250 m ; LC1 = 137.681 m dan RC2 = 90 m ; LC2 = 138.587 m. Dan untuk alinyemen vertikal terdapat dua buah lengkung cembung dengan Lv = 150 m dan G1 = 5.09% dan G2= -3.6 %. Panjang rencana jalan dari STA 0+000.000 hinga STA 0+406.89. Perbandingan alinyemen horizontal dan alinyemen vertikal dari hasil perhitungan manual metode PDGJ Bina Marga 2021 dengan Civil 3D 2021 (AASHTO 2011), didapatkan rata-rata selisih mutlak sebesar 0.2516 m. Sehingga software Civil 3D 2021 (AASHTO 2011) dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses perhitungan perencanaan alinyemen horizontal dan alinyemen vertikal hingga proses penggambaran

The aim of this research is to conduct geometric design planning, i.e. horizontal alignment, vertical alignments based on the provisions of the Road Geometric Design Guidelines (PDGJ) issued by the General Assembly of Marga Buildings (2021) and AASHTO 2011 provisions. To determine the need for line width that can meet road capacity using design hours (qJD) obtained from average daily traffic volume data (AADT). Based on the results of the analysis of the manual calculation with the method of Construction Marga (PDGJ 2021) obtained the length of the road plan of STA 0+000,000 sta 0+406.89, there are two Full Circle (FC) curves with RC1 = 250 m; LC1 = 137.689 m and RC2 = 90 m ; LC2 = 137,925 m. Vertical alignment has two curves with Lv = 140 m and G1 = 5% and G2 = -3.5%. Based on the results of the modeling analysis with the Civil 3D 2021 program referring to the AASHTO 2011 standard, two types of Full Circle curves RC1 = 250 m; LC1 = 137.681 m and RC2 = 90 m ; LC2 = 138.587 m. And for the vertical alignment there are two curves with Lv = 150 m and G1 = 5.09% and G2 = -3.6%. The length of the road plan from STA 0+000,000 sta sta sta 0+406.89. Comparison of the horizontal and vertical alignment of the results of the manual calculation of the method PDGJ Build Marga 2021 with Civil 3D 2021 (AASHTO 2011), obtained an average absolute difference of 0.2516 m. So the software Civil 3D 2021 (AASHTO 2011) can be used to simplify and speed up the calculation process of planning horizontal and vertical alignment to the process of imaging.
