Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penentuan kurva dispersi dari gelombang Rayleigh dengan menggunakan metode multichannel analysis surface wave (MASW). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui nilai Vs dari inversi kurva dispersi, dan respon tanah dengan metode MASW. Metode yang digunakan adalah MASW dengan pengukuran menggunakan alat seismograf portable MAE ST6. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan 2 jenis geofon yaitu geofon 4.5 Hz dan 10 Hz yang masing-masing sebanyak 6 buah geofon yang disusun lurus dengan jarak antar geofon sepanjang 5 meter. Sumber getaran berasal dari pukulan plat besi yang diletakkan di ujung lintasan dan direkam oleh seismograf. Analisis frequency-wavenumber (fk) dilakukan untuk memperoleh kurva dispersi dari 6 sinyal seismik yang diperoleh. Nilai Vs yang didapatkan berasal dari hasil inversi kurva dispersi MASW. Diasumsikan jumlah lapisan sebanyak 3 dengan nilai Vs data 1 menggunakan geofon 4.5Hz secara berurutan dari lapisan terluar hingga terdalam sebesar 84.41 m/s, 169.15 m/s, dan 215.16 m/s dan data 2 dengan geofon 10 Hz secara berurutan sebesar 78.75 m/s, 102.53 m/s, dan 199.84 m/s. Setelah mendapatkan nilai Vs, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui respon tanah dan nilai amplifikasi lebih detail. Analisis yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan peak ground acceleration, Fourier amplitude ratio, dan pseudo spectral acceleration. Hasil pengamatan menyatakan bahwa nilai PGA mengalami kenaikan pada lapisan 1 dengan nilai FAR lapisan 1 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan lapisan 2. Sehingga amplifikasi terjadi di lapisan 1 lebih besar dibandingkan lapisan 2. Analisis PSA menyatakan jumlah puncak lebih dari 1. Setiap puncak pada kurva PSA mewakili periode dominan di mana amplifikasi maksimum terjadi pada lapisan tersebut.

This research discusses the determination of the dispersion curve of Rayleigh waves using the multichannel analysis surface wave (MASW) method. The purpose of this study is to determine the Vs value of the inversion of the dispersion curve, and the ground response using the MASW method. The method used is MASW with measurements using a MAE ST6 portable seismograph. Measurements were made using 2 types of geophones, namely 4.5 Hz and 10 Hz geophones, each with 6 geophones arranged straight with a distance of 5 metres between geophones. The source of vibration came from an iron plate placed at the end of the track and recorded by a seismograph. Frequency-wavenumber (fk) analysis was conducted to obtain dispersion curves from the 6 seismic signals obtained. The Vs value obtained was derived from the inversion of the MASW dispersion curve. It is assumed that the number of layers is 3 with Vs values of data 1 using a 4.5Hz geophone sequentially from the outermost to the deepest layer of 84.41 m/s, 169.15 m/s, and 215.16 m/s and data 2 with a 10 Hz geophone sequentially of 78.75 m/s, 102.53 m/s, and 199.84 m/s. After obtaining the Vs value, further analysis was carried out to determine the ground response and amplification value in more detail. The analyses were conducted using peak ground acceleration, Fourier amplitude ratio, and pseudo spectral acceleration approaches. The results of the observation state that the PGA value increases in layer 1 with the FAR value of layer 1 being greater than layer 2. So that amplification occurs in layer 1 greater than layer 2. PSA analysis states that the number of peaks is more than 1. Each peak on the PSA curve represents the dominant period where maximum amplification occurs in that layer.
