Abstract

Bendung merupakan bangunan infrastruktur penunjang irigasi. Di Kabupaten Magetan terdapat Bendung Karet Gandong Kerik yang telah rusak sejak 2019. Kerusakan ini menyebabkan menurunnya tinggi muka air hingga 2,5m sehingga berpengaruh pada daerah layanan irigasi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan rehabilitasi bendung sebagai usaha meningkatkan tinggi muka air untuk penyediaan irigasi. Perencanaan rehabilitasi ini dilakukan dengan mengubah bendung karet dengan bendung tetap (fix weir) sehingga diperlukan analisa dampak dari rehabilitasi terutama pada efek backwater dan stabilitas dari bangunan.
Analisa yang dilakukan meliputi analisa hidrologi untuk mendapatkan nilai debit periode ulang Q50 dan Q100 tahun. Dilanjutkan dengan pemodelan hidraulika dengan aplikasi hidraulik HEC-RAS. Pemodelan ini meliputi 3 sekenario yaitu sekenario bendung eksisting, sekenario dengan mercu bulat, dan sekenario dengan mercu Ogee. Dengan mengubah mercu bendung tersebut maka diperlukan analisa dampak dari efek backwater. Pada analisa backwater digunakan standard step method. Rencana rehabilitasi bendung juga di analisa dari sisi stabilitas dengan mempertimbangkan 3 kondisi yaitu kondisi bendung kosong, kondisi debit normal, dan kondisi debit banjir.
Analisa yang dilakukan menghasilkan debit periode ulang Q50 sebesar 246,39 m3/dt dan Q100 sebesar 268,56 m3/dt. Pada analisa hidraulika didapatkan pemilihan bentuk mercu pada bentuk Ogee karena dari nilai ketinggian muka air diatas mercu didapatkan setinggi 2,23 m sedangkan pada mercu bulat 2,27 m. dengan ketinggian mercu optimal setinggi 1,2 m, peninggian mercu ini telah memenuhi kebutuhan daerah layan irigasi. Pada peninjauan efek backwater didapatkan peningkatan muka air yang berdampak sampai 930m arah hulu bendung dan tidak ditemukan adanya limpasan. Bangunan bendung setelah penambahan struktur mercu juga masih stabil terhadap guling, geser dan rembesan pada 3 kondisi. Pada kondisi kosong didapatkan nilai SF geser sebesar 6,7 dan SF guling sebesar 7,5. Pada kondisi normal didapatkan nilai SF geser sebesar 8,9, SF guling sebesar 3,1, dan SF rembesan sebesar 24,1. Pada kondisi banjir didapatkan nilai SF geser sebesar 11,7, SF guling sebesar 2,0, dan SF rembesan sebesar 27,3.

Weirs are irrigation supporting infrastructure buildings. In Magetan Regency, there is the Karet Gandong Kerik Dam which has been damaged since 2019. This damage has caused a decrease in the water level of up to 2.5m, which has affected the irrigation service areas. Therefore it is necessary to rehabilitate the weir as an effort to increase the water level for the provision of irrigation. This rehabilitation plan is carried out by changing the rubber weir with a fixed weir so that it is necessary to analyze the impact of the rehabilitation, especially on the backwater effect and the stability of the building.
The analysis carried out includes hydrological analysis to obtain discharge values for the return period Q50 and Q100 years. Followed by hydraulic modeling with HEC-RAS hydraulic applications. This modeling includes 3 scenarios, namely the existing weir scenario, the scenario with a rounded crest, and the scenario with the Ogee crest. By changing the weir crest, it is necessary to analyze the impact of the backwater effect. In the backwater analysis, the standard step method is used. Weir rehabilitation plans are also analyzed from a stability perspective by considering 3 conditions, namely empty weir conditions, normal discharge conditions, and flood discharge conditions.
The analysis carried out resulted in a return period discharge of 246.39 m3/s and Q100 of 268.56 m3/s. In the hydraulic analysis, it was found that the crest shape was chosen in the Ogee form because the value of the water level above the crest was 2.23 m high, while the round crest was 2.27 m. with an optimal peak height of 1.2 m, this elevation has met the needs of irrigation service areas. In reviewing the backwater effect, an increase in the water level was found which had an impact of up to 930m upstream of the weir and no runoff was found. The weir building after the addition of the crest structure is still stable against overturning, shearing and seepage in 3 conditions. In the empty condition, the shear SF value is 6.7 and the overturning SF is 7.5. Under normal conditions, the value of shear SF is 8.9, overturning SF is 3.1, and seepage SF is 24.1. In flood conditions, the value of shear SF was 11.7, overturned SF was 2.0, and seepage SF was 27.3.
