Abstract

Perencanaan pembangunan embung di Kabupaten Klungkung, Provinsi Bali telah dilakukan sejak 2020. Pembangunan Embung Tukad Unda ini difokuskan untuk menjadi solusi pemenuhan air guna kebutuhan irigasi dan air baku ketika musim kemarau oleh masyarakat setempat. Embung adalah bangunan buatan manusia berbentuk cekungan di sungai atau aliran air berupa urugan tanah, urugan batu, dan/atau beton yang dapat menampung dan menahan air untuk berbagai kebutuhan (Direktorat Pengelolaan Air Irigasi, 2013). Dalam mendukung pembangunan embung tersebut perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi bawah permukaan berupa persebaran lapisan kedap air dan litologi batuan pada area penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode geolistrik resistivitas konfigurasi Wenner-Schlumberger. Metode geolistrik resistivitas banyak digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi bawah permukaan karena mampu memetakan dengan baik formasi batuan yang memiliki resistansi besar maupun kecil, besar kecilnya nilai resistansi ini dipengaruhi oleh porositas dan kandungan fluida. Data geolistrik resistivitas yang didapat kemudian dilakukan pengolahan dengan menggunakan software Res2Dinv untuk mendapatkan pemodelan penampang resistivitas 2D dan software RockWorks untuk mendapatkan pemodelan penampang resistivitas 2.5D. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan daerah penelitian tersusun oleh litologi lapisan jenuh berupa tuf dengan resistivitas rendah (2.70-37.5 Ωm), batuan breksi (37.5-273 Ωm), dan batuan aglomerat (273-507 Ωm), ada juga lava (>507 Ωm). Lapisan kedap air (akuifug) di daerah penelitian tersusun oleh batuan aglomerat berada pada kedalaman 0.625-29.9 meter dan berada di semua lintasan pengukuran.

Planning for the construction of a reservoir in Klungkung Regency, Bali Province has been carried out since 2020. The construction of Embung Tukad Unda is focused on being a solution to fulfill water for irrigation and raw water needs during the dry season by the local community. Embung is a man-made structure in the form of a basin in a river or stream in the form of soil fill, stone fill, and/or concrete that can accommodate and hold water for various needs (Directorate of Irrigation Water Management, 2013). In supporting the construction of the reservoir, it is necessary to conduct research with the aim of knowing the subsurface conditions in the form of the distribution of aquifuge layers and the litohology in the research area. This research uses the resistivity geoelectric method of Wenner-Schlumberger configuration. The resistivity geoelectric method is widely used to determine subsurface conditions because it is able to map well rock formations that have large or small resistance, the size of this resistance value is influenced by porosity and fluid content. The resistivity geoelectric data obtained is then processed using Res2Dinv software to obtain 2D resistivity cross section modeling and RockWorks software to obtain 2.5D resistivity cross section modeling. The results showed that the research area is composed of saturated layer lithology in the form of tuff with low resistivity (2.70-37.5 Ωm), breccia rock (37.5-273 Ωm), and agglomerate rock (273-507 Ωm), there is also lava (> 507 Ωm). The aquifuge in the study area is composed of agglomerate rocks and is at a depth of 0.625-29.9 meters and is located in all measurement tracks.
