Abstract

Salah satu prinsip kinerja pada gudang industri gas amatan adalah efektif dan efisien. Namun, pada implementasinya, dalam pengelolaan gudang masih sering mengalami overstock pada material yang tersimpan di Gudang. Pada penelitian ini, material yang ditinjau adalah material kritis. Material kritis yang dikategorikan perusahaan adalah material instrument dikarenakan termasuk material yang mudah mengalami kerusakan dan punya lead time yang lama. Overstock akan menyebabkan terjadinya penambahan biaya penyimpanan, material akan mengalami keusangan atau kerusakan, serta perputaran dana perusahaan terhambat karena melakukan investasi pada material tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah belum optimalnya manajemen persediaan material pada industri gas amatan, maka dilakukan pengelompokkan material dengan analisis ADI-CV. Kemudian dihasilkan pola data permintaan lumpy, yang selanjutnya diramalkan dengan metode Single Exponential Smoothing, Croston, dan Syntetos Boylan Approximation (SBA) dan dilanjutkan dengan pengendalian persediaan material menggunakan metode continuous review (s,Q), continuous review (s,S), periodic review (R,S), periodic review (R,s,S). Hasil pengelolaan persediaan diperoleh bahwa metode (R,s,S) menghasilkan nilai total cost yang paling minimum menjadi sebesar Rp 1,899,900,013.06, yakni berkurang sebesar Rp 147,507,168.84 atau menurun sekitar 7% dibandingkan dengan kondisi eksisting. Dengan metode (R,s,S) juga diperoleh service level yang paling baik diantara metode lainnya yakni sebesar 79% atau meningkat sebesar 6% dibandingkan kondisi eksisting.

One of the performance principles in the observed industrial gas warehouse is effective and efficient. However, in its implementation, in warehouse management, materials stored in the warehouse often experience overstock. In this study, the material reviewed is critical material. The critical material that is categorized as a company is an instrument material because it is a material that is easily damaged and has a long lead time. Overstock will cause additional storage costs, materials will become obsolete or damaged, and the company's fund turnover will be hampered due to investing in these materials. To overcome the problem of material inventory management not being optimal in the observed gas industry, material grouping was carried out using ADI-CV analysis. Then a lumpy demand data pattern is generated, which is then predicted using the Single Exponential Smoothing, Croston, and Syntetos Boylan Approximation (SBA) methods and continued with material inventory control using the continuous review (s, Q), continuous review (s, S), periodic method. review (R,S), periodic review (R,s,S). The results of inventory management showed that the (R,s,S) method resulted in the minimum total cost value of Rp. 1,899,900,013.06, which was a decrease of Rp. 147,507,168.84 or a decrease of about 7% compared to the existing conditions. The (R,s,S) method also obtained the best service level among other methods, namely 79% or an increase of 6% compared to the existing conditions.
