Abstract

Indonesia menempati peringkat 82 dari 193 negara berdasarkan SDG Index tahun 2022 yang merupakan pencapaian tertinggi Indonesia selama 5 tahun terakhir. Hal tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran publik terkait keberlanjutan yang juga menjadi pendorong penting industri untuk mengembangkan dan mempromosikan keberlanjutan dalam rantai pasok melalui Sustainable Supply Chain Management (SSCM). Namun, perusahaan yang berfokus pada keberlanjutan dan menerapkan sustainable supply chain management rentan dan memiliki risiko lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan rantai pasok pada umumnya. Oleh karena itu, manajemen risiko menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam praktik sustainable supply chain. Implementasi manajemen risiko rantai pasok merupakan upaya yang kompleks karena melibatkan anggota rantai pasok yang memiliki perbedaan tujuan serta keterbatasan pengetahuan risiko individu. Dari beberapa sektor, industri kimia merupakan sektor industri yang paling krusial dalam menghadapi tantangan lingkungan, ekonomi, dan sosial dikarenakan rentan berdampak terhadap lingkungan dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hambatan dan strategi dalam implementasi manajemen risiko sustainable supply chain pada perusahaan industri kimia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) dalam menganalisis hambatan dan strategi yang ada. Terdapat 4 kategori yang dibahas yaitu organisasi, sosial budaya, keuangan dan informasi yang terdiri dari 43 subkriteria dengan 22 subkriteria hambatan dan 21 subkriteria strategi. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan hambatan yang paling dominan adalah mengadopsi proses dan teknik manajemen risiko membutuhkan biaya yang tinggi atau mahal. Strategi yang paling dominan adalah berkolaborasi dengan organisasi lain dalam berbagi sumber daya untuk mengurangi beban berinvestasi.

It shows that there was increase in public awareness regarding sustainability which also an important driver for the industry to develop and promote sustainability in supply chain through Sustainable Supply Chain Management (SSCM). However, companies that focus on sustainability and implement sustainable supply chain management are vulnerable and have higher risks compared to conventional supply chain. Therefore, risk management is an important requirement in sustainable supply chain practices. Implementation of supply chain risk management is a complex endeavor because it involves supply chain members who have different goals and limited individual risk knowledge. From several sectors, the chemical industry is the most crucial industrial sector in facing environmental, economic, and social challenges because it is prone to impact on the environment and society. This study aims to analyze barriers and strategies in implementing sustainable supply chain risk management in chemical industry companies. This study used the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method in analyzing barriers and strategies. There are 4 categories discussed, organization, social culture, finance, and information which consist of 43 sub-criteria with 22 barriers sub-criteria and 21 strategies sub-criteria. From the results of the study, it was found that the most dominant barrier was adopting risk management processes and techniques that required high costs. The most dominant strategy was to collaborate with other organizations in sharing resources to reduce the investment burden.
