Abstract

Perusahaan perlu meningkatkan proses internal dan memanfaatkan potensi serta keahlian kreatif dari anggota organisasi untuk bersaing di pasar global. Knowledge management menjadi kunci penting untuk mempertahankan bisnis dan mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Dalam era digitalisasi ini, pengetahuan yang merata dan terdistribusi di antara para pekerja di dalam perusahaan merupakan faktor krusial untuk keberhasilan perusahaan. Proses bisnis perusahaan Elvo Indonesia, khususnya dalam warehouse mereka saat ini menghadapi tantangan dalam pengetahuan yang belum terstruktur dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Keterbatasan pengetahuan menyebabkan knowledge gap antar karyawan yang meningkatkan probabilitas kesalahan atau komplain, misalnya dalam kasus mengemas pesanan dari sudut pandang packer. Saat ini juga perusahaan Elvo Indonesia belum memiliki wadah untuk sharing knowledge dengan terstruktur dalam internal perusahaan. Dalam rangka meningkatkan efisiensi, meminimalkan kesalahan, dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, Elvo Indonesia membutuhkan knowledge management system yang terstruktur dan terintegrasi. Dengan menerapkan prototype knowledge management system berbasis web, perusahaan dapat memastikan pengetahuan yang sama di antara seluruh karyawan, meminimalkan knowledge loss saat karyawan pindah atau keluar, dan menghemat waktu dalam pelatihan karyawan baru. Penelitian ini mengembangkan prototype sistem informasi dengan agile method berdasarkan user dan technical requirements manajemen pengetahuan dari internal karyawan Elvo Indonesia, terutama di bagian warehouse. Setelah pengembangan prototype, evaluasi sistem diuji menggunakan metode system usability scale (SUS) serta penyebaran kuesioner terkait knowledge management kuesioner terkait knowledge management. Pengujian SUS dilakukan karena berfokus ke kepuasan pengguna dan hasilnya kuantitatif yang dapat dijadikan acuan pembuatan keputusan untuk perbaikan di masa depan. Skor SUS yang diperoleh yaitu 89.875 yang berarti prototype knowledge management sudah dapat memenuhi ekspetasi dan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang berharga bagi perusahaan dalam mengimplementasikan knowledge management system yang efektif untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan keunggulan kompetitif di pasar global yang semakin kompleks.

Companies need to improve internal processes and harness the potential and creative expertise of organizational members to compete in the global market. Knowledge management is an important key to sustaining business and achieving company goals. In this digitalization era, evenly distributed knowledge among workers within the company is a crucial factor for the company's success. Elvo Indonesia's business processes, especially in their warehouse, currently face challenges in knowledge that is not well structured and documented. Limited knowledge leads to knowledge gaps between employees which increases the probability of errors or complaints, for example in the case of packing orders from the packer's point of view. Currently, Elvo Indonesia does not have a structured knowledge sharing platform within the company. In order to increase efficiency, minimize errors, and improve employee performance, Elvo Indonesia needs a structured and integrated knowledge management system. By implementing a web-based prototype knowledge management system, the company can ensure the same knowledge among all employees, minimize knowledge loss when employees move or leave, and save time in training new employees. This research develops a prototype information system using agile method based on user and technical requirements of knowledge management from internal employees of Elvo Indonesia. After developing the prototype, the system evaluation was tested using the system usability scale (SUS) method as well as distributing questionnaires related to knowledge management questionnaires related to knowledge management. SUS testing is done because it focuses on user satisfaction and the results are quantitative which can be used as a reference for decision making for future improvements. The SUS score obtained is 89.875, which means that the knowledge management prototype can meet user expectations and needs. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable recommendations for companies in implementing an effective knowledge management system.
