Abstract

Dengan perkembangan infrastruktur yang terus berjalan, kebutuhan dan proses produksi pabrik semen pun ikut meningkat. Dimana adanya pengembangan Struktur Silo sebagai bangunan indursti penyimpan material dibutuhkan. Dengan menggunakan beton pratekan dan baja sebagai struktur pendukung serta kapasitas 10000 ton. Dilakukan modifikasi desain dari data perencanaan untuk menentukan preliminary struktur silo yang disesuaikan berdasarkan SNI 2847 : 2019 dan Handbook of Concrete Engineering dengan pendekatan teori plate and shell structure. Selanjutnya melakukan analisa pada dinding, hopper, dan cone. Proses konstruksi direncanakan dengan metode slipform yang memungkinkan konstruksi lebih efisien. Sehingga didapatkan hasil penelitian berupa analisa struktur utama, penggunaan struktur baja pada struktur silo, perkuatan struktur silo dengan beton pratekan, dan metode pelaksanaan yang disajikan dalam laporan.

With ongoing infrastructure development, demands and production processes of cement factories have also increased. Where is the development of the Silo Structure as an Industrial building for material storage needed Developed using prestressed concrete and steel as a supporting structure with a capacity of 10000 tons. Design modifications were made from planning data to determine preliminary silo structures that were adjusted based on SNI 2847: 2019 and the Handbook of Concrete Engineering with a plate and shell structure theory approach. Next do the analysis on the wall, steel reinforcement, hopper, and cone. The construction process is planned using the Slipform method which allows for more efficient construction. So that the research results are obtained in the form of an analyze of the main structure, the use of steel structures in silo structures, strengthening of silo structures with prestressed concrete, and implementation methods presented in the report
