Abstract
Stroke menjadi penyebab kematian tertinggi kedua di dunia pada tahun 2015 dan penyebab kematian tertinggi di Indonesia pada tahun 2014. Prevalensi stroke di Indonesia pada tahun 2018 berdasarkan diagnosis dokter pada penduduk usia ≥ 15 tahun sebesar (10,9%) atau diperkirakan sebanyak 2.120.362 orang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perhatian khusus dalam penanganan penyakit stroke mulai dari pencegahan, pengobatan dan juga pasca stroke. Pada penelitian ini dirancang dan dibuat sepeda statis yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat terapi stroke, tanpa pasien harus pergi ke pusat rehabilitasi. Untuk itu, desain sepeda statis dilengkapi dengan mekanisme beban kayuhan yang dapat diatur baik oleh pasien sendiri maupun pendampingnya. Selain sebagai alat terapi stroke, sepeda statis juga didesain untuk dapat digunakan oleh pasien stroke yang sudah sehat untuk pergi ke suatu tempat atau berolahraga dengan sepeda layaknya sepeda konvensional pada umumnya.
Artinya, sepeda statis yang dirancang berfungsi sebagai alat rehabilitasi fisik stroke khususnya pada bagian kaki sekaligus berfungsi sebagai alat transportasi konvensional yang ramah lingkungan.meningkatkan kebugaran manusia dan juga mampu menjadi alat rehabilitasi mandiri penderita stroke. Dimensi sepeda memiliki dimensi total panjang 1550 mm, tinggi 1110 mm dan lebar 50 mm dengan material rangka menggunakan alumunium 6061-T6. Sepeda juga sudah dilakukan uji fungsi bahwa sepeda dapat dikayuh dan kuat ketika digunakan dengan beban 100±10 kg. Pada pada uji kestabilan ketika beban 50 ± 10 kg sepeda dapat stabil, namun ketika diberi beban 100 ± 10 kg sepeda terlihat kurang stabil ,khgususnya pada kondisi kemiringan > 10°

(10.9%) or an estimated 2,120,362 people. Therefore, special attention is needed in handling stroke disease starting from prevention, treatment and also post-stroke.
In this study, a static bicycle was designed and made that can be used as a stroke therapy tool, without the patient having to go to a rehabilitation center. For this reason, the static bicycle design is equipped with a pedaling load mechanism that can be adjusted either by the patient himself or his companion. Apart from being a stroke therapy tool, the static bicycle is also designed to be used by stroke patients who are already healthy to go somewhere or exercise with a bicycle like a conventional bicycle in general. This means that the designed static bicycle functions as a physical rehabilitation tool for stroke, especially in the legs while functioning as an environmentally friendly conventional transportation tool. improve human fitness and are also able to become independent rehabilitation tools for stroke sufferers. The dimensions of the bicycle have total dimensions of 1550 mm in length, 1110 mm in height and 50 mm in width with frame material using 6061-T6 aluminum. The bicycle has also been tested for function that the bicycle can be pedaled and is strong when used with a load of 100 ± 10 kg. In the stability test when the load is 50 ± 10 kg the bicycle can be stable, but when given a load of 100 ± 10 kg the bicycle looks less stable, especially in slope conditions > 10 °
