Abstract

Kawasan wisata religi kompleks Makam KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah memerlukan pemeliharaan untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan lokasi. Kondisi eksisting kompleks Makam KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah, yang juga termasuk Pondok Pesantren Bahrul Ulum sebagai destinasi wisata, menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran dan perkembangan yang tergolong rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merumuskan arahan pengembangan wisata religi di kompleks Makam KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah dengan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan wisata religi melalui analisis deskriptif dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil analisis AHP menunjukkan prioritas faktor dan variabel pengembangan kawasan wisata religi berdasarkan penilaian stakeholder melalui kuesioner. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis dokumen kebijakan dan kondisi eksisting kompleks Makam KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah menggunakan metode triangulasi untuk menghasilkan arahan pengembangan yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa faktor sarana merupakan faktor prioritas yang perlu ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan. Peningkatan dan pengembangan faktor sarana ini meliputi optimalisasi potensi lahan untuk parkir melalui pemanfaatan lahan eksisting dan penambahan lahan parkir baru melalui skema kerjasama antara yayasan dan pemerintah desa, pembangunan sentra kuliner, penambahan toilet umum, penambahan kapasitas musala serta integrasi musala dan kompleks makam. Disamping ini prasarana jalan menjadi prioritas pengembangan yang dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada aksesibilitas, keselamatan, dan kenyamanan bagi pengunjung serta memfasilitasi pertumbuhan destinasi wisata religi secara berkelanjutan.

The religious tourism area of KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah’s tomb requires maintenance to improve the convenience of the location. The existing condition of KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah’s tomb, which also includes the Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School as a tourist destination, faces challenges in marketing and relatively low development. The purpose of this study is to formulate directions for the development of religious tourism in KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah’s tomb by identifying the factors that influence the development of religious tourism through descriptive analysis and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of the AHP analysis show the priority factors and variables for the development of religious tourism areas based on stakeholder assessments through questionnaires. This study also analyzes policy documents and the existing condition of KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah’s tomb using the triangulation method to produce more effective development directions. This research resulted in the conclusion that the facility factor is a priority factor that needs to be improved and developed. The improvement and development of this facility factor include optimizing the potential of the land for parking through the use of existing land and the addition of new parking lots through a cooperation scheme between the foundation and the village government; the construction of a culinary center; the addition of public toilets; the addition of the capacity of the prayer room; and the integration of the prayer room and the grave complex. Besides this, road infrastructure is a development priority that can have a significant impact on accessibility, safety, and comfort for visitors and facilitate the growth of religious tourism destinations in a sustainable manner.
