Abstract
Dunia otomotif Indonesia terus mengalami perkembangan yang memberikan dampak positif dan negatif terhadap kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia. Dampak positif yang diberikan berupa kenaikan angka konsumsi otomotif di Indonesia yang didukung oleh pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan dampak negatif yang diberikan berupa menurunnya ketersediaan bahan bakar fosil. Dampak negatif tersebut menjadi alasan pemerintah untuk segera berpindah menggunakan otomotif bertenaga listrik. Perpindahan menuju era kendaraan listrik ini membutuhkan fasilitas pendukung, salah satunya adalah showroom. Showroom menjadi tempat yang penting bagi sebuah perusahaan otomotif seperti outlet, karena menjadi tempat memajang dan memamerkan unit kendaraan sekaligus negosiasi antara pramuniaga dan pelanggan. Desain yang baik pada sebuah showroom dapat menciptakan stimuli sehingga memicu perilaku konsumtif pada konsumen. Outlet Toyota PT Liek Motor Surabaya sebagai salah satu outlet penyedia mobil listrik dapat mengoptimalkan desain serta fasilitasnya terutama pada bagian showroom sehingga dapat menciptakan image sebagai outlet penyedia electric vehicle. Selain itu, perkembangan teknologi dalam penyampaian informasi dapat dimanfaatkan oleh outlet tersebut untuk menyampaikan informasi dengan lebih baik kepada pengguna terutama konsumen terkait unit kendaraan dan area tertentu dalam outlet tersebut. Proses redesain Outlet Toyota PT Liek Motor Surabaya ini diawali dengan pengumpulan data terkait kondisi eksisting melalui observasi dan wawancara. Dari kumpulan data tersebut diketahui terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat dioptimalkan seperti signage yang dapat ditata dengan lebih baik, furnitur yang lebih nyaman, cara penyampaian informasi unit mobil serta suasana ruang yang mampu mendukung unit yang ditawarkan. Kemudian, dilakukan penentuan konsep desain dan metode pembobotan (weighted method). Dari langkah pemgambilan dan pengolaha data tersebut, didapatkan konsep futuristik yang informatif sesuai diterapkan pada Outlet Toyota PT Liek Motor Surabaya. Hasil dari redesain diharapkan mampu untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan pengguna serta membangun prestise kepada sebagai outlet penyedia electric vehicle.

The Indonesian automotive world continues to experience developments that have several impacts on the lives of Indonesian people. The positive impact given is in the form of an increase in automotive consumption in Indonesia supported by economic growth, while the negative impact given is in the form of decreasing availability of fossil fuels. This negative impact is the reason for the government to immediately switch to using electric-powered automotive. The move towards the era of electric vehicles requires supporting facilities, one of which is a showroom. The showroom is an important place for an automotive company such as an outlet, because it is a place to display and exhibit vehicle units as well as negotiations between salespeople and customers. Good design in a showroom can create stimuli that trigger consumptive behavior in consumers. Toyota outlet PT Liek Motor Surabaya as one of the outlets providing electric cars can optimize the design and facilities, especially in the showroom so that it can create an image as an outlet provider of electric vehicles. In addition, technological developments in the delivery of information can be utilized by these outlets to better convey information to users, especially consumers related to vehicle units and certain areas within the outlet. The redesign process of PT Liek Motor Surabaya Toyota Outlet begins with collecting data related to existing conditions through observation and interviews. From the data collection, it is known that there are several things that can be optimized such as signage that can be arranged better, more comfortable furniture, how to deliver car unit information and the atmosphere of the room that is able to support the unit offered. Then, the determination of the design concept and weighted method is carried out. From these steps, it is known that the informative futuristic concept is suitable to be applied to the Toyota Outlet PT Liek Motor Surabaya. The results of the redesign are expected to be able to increase user comfort and build prestige as an outlet provider of electric vehicles.
