Abstract

Pencatatan perjalanan dinas selama ini sering dilakukan secara manual, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan suatu teknologi Aplikasi Pencatatan Perjalanan pada kendaraan pribadi secara otomatis dalam perjalanan dinas dengan luaran variabel pada Jurnal Reimbursement. Frekuensi perjalanan dinas jabatan yang tinggi, diperlukan suatu aplikasi fasilitator yang bisa mencatat perjalanan secara otomatis, efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survey konsumen yang memiliki frekuesi perjalanan dinas produktif; serta pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan Design Thinking melalui tahapan analisis: Understanding, Observe, Point of View, Ideation, Prototyping dan Testing untuk memahami variabel dasar yang menjadi pembentuk biaya transaksi dalam reimbursement. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat variabel yang memiliki nilai pasti dalam satu siklus perjalanan adalah biaya tol dan parkir, sementara bahan bakar dan jarak tempuh menjadi variabel pilihan sesuai kesepakatan perusahaan dan pelaku perjalanan. Biaya parkir non-struk yang menjadi beban pelaku perjalanan, dapat diterima sebagai variabel dengan penambahan ketentuan lokasi yang diakui dari perusahaan. Melalui uji fungsional, diketahui aplikasi dapat mencatat variabel biaya tol, parkir dan jarak tempuh, sehingga mampu mengurangi beban pelaku dan perusahaan. Hasil uji performa menunjukan arah pengembangan teknologi aplikasi pencatatan idealnya bersifat terintegresi dengan software HRIS (Human Resources Information System) sehingga mampu mengurangi fraud dan hidden cost, serta pelaporan reimbursement yang efektif dan efisien.

Recording of business trips so far has often been done manually, this study aims to develop a travel recording application technology for private vehicles automatically on business trips with output of variables in the Reimbursement Journal. The frequency of business trips getting higher and requires a facilitator that can record trips automatically, effectively, and efficiently. The research method uses a quantitative approach through a survey of consumers who have frequent productive business trips; as well as a qualitative approach using Design Thinking through the stages of analysis: Understanding, Observing, Point of View, Ideation, Prototyping, and Testing to understand the basic variables that form transaction costs in reimbursement. The results of this study indicate that variables have a definite value in one trip cycle, such as toll and parking fees, while fuel and mileage are the preferred variables according to the agreement between the company and the traveler. Non-receipt parking fees which are a burden to the traveler, can be accepted as a variable with the addition of location recognized by the company. Through functional tests, it is known that the application can record variable costs for tolls, parking, and mileage, so as to reduce the burden on travelers and companies. The results of the performance test show that the application development and technology are ideally integrated with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software so as to reduce fraud and hidden costs, as well as effective and efficient reimbursement reporting.
