Abstract

Lapangan “THA” merupakan lapangan produksi minyak dan gas bumi di Cekungan Sumatera Tengah. Dalam tahap pengembangan, diperlukan metode-metode geofisika untuk meningkatkan kualitas data hasil pengukuran yang telah dilakukan. Metode atribut seismik menjadi salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan resolusi pencitraan bawah permukaan dari data seismik. Metode ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi struktur dan persebaran zona reservoir. Target formasi pada penelitian ini adalah Formasi Bekasap. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa data seismik 3D Post Stack Time Migration, data sumur, checkshot, dan data geologi regional. Metodologi pada penelitian ini meliputi korelasi sumur, well-seismic tie, picking horizon and fault, pembuatan peta struktur domain waktu dan kedalaman, dan analisis atribut seismik. Atribut seismik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah RMS Amplitude, envelope, dan variance. Hasil akhir dari pengolahan akan menghasilkan tiga peta atribut. Peta atribut RMS Amplitude dan envelope mampu menunjukkan zona potensi reservoir hidrokarbon ditandai dengan nilai atribut yang tinggi (high envelope dan high RMS). Selanjutnya aplikasi atribut variance menunjukkan pada lapangan penelitian memiliki struktur utama faulted anticline dan tiga patahan major.

The "THA" field is an oil and gas production field in the Central Sumatra Basin. In the development stage, geophysical methods are needed to improve the quality of the measurement data that has been carried out. The seismic attribute method is one way to increase the resolution of subsurface imaging from seismic data. This method aims to identify the structure and distribution of the reservoir zone. The target formation in this study is the Besap Formation. The data used in this study are 3D Post Stack Time Migration seismic data, well data, checkshots, and regional geological data. The methodology in this research includes well correlation, well-seismic tie, picking horizon and fault, making time domain and depth structure maps, and analyzing seismic attributes. The seismic attributes used in this study are RMS Amplitude, envelope, and variance. The final result of processing will produce three attribute maps. The RMS Amplitude and Envelope attribute maps are able to show potential hydrocarbon reservoir zones characterized by high attribute values (high envelope and high RMS). Furthermore, the application of the variance attribute shows that the research field has a main faulted anticline structure and three major faults.
