Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur komponen otomotif, khususnya produk pelek baja. Produk yang dihasilkan merupakan produk original equipment manufacturer (OEM) dengan konsumen berupa perusahaan besar di Indonesia pada industri otomotif truk. Lima strategi objektif PT XYZ adalah pengiriman tepat waktu, tingkat pelayanan (service level) 100%, efektif dan efisien, menghasilkan produk bermutu tinggi, dan inovatif. Penggunaan bahan baku yang spesifik mengharuskan perusahaan melakukan impor bahan baku. Oleh karena itu, PT XYZ memiliki aktivitas rantai pasok global. Luasnya rantai pasok yang dikelola oleh PT XYZ mengharuskan perusahaan memiliki proses rantai pasok yang baik. Salah satu pengelolaan rantai pasok adalah dengan mengelola gangguan yang mungkin terjadi pada proses rantai pasok dan mengganggu tercapainya strategi objektif perusahaan. Manajemen risiko pada rantai pasok bertujuan untuk mengurangi dampak yang ditimbulkan dari sebuah risiko dan menghindari efek domino dari kegagalan suatu proses. Metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi proses rantai pasok, kemudian didapatkan sebelas proses rantai pasok. Metode House of Risk (HOR) digunakan untuk menilai risiko pada proses rantai pasok. Berdasarkan metode HOR yang digunakan, didapatkan sembilan belas kejadian risiko dan dua puluh penyebab risiko. Sebanyak enam diantara penyebab risiko dipilih untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut berdasarkan nilai aggregate risk potential (ARP) yang telah dibobotkan keterkaitan antarpenyebab risiko, serta diberikan sebanyak sembilan aksi mitigasi. Selanjutnya, melalui HOR tahap dua didapatkan sebanyak empat aksi mitigasi yang direkomendasikan.

PT XYZ is an automotive component manufacturing company, especially steel wheels. The products that are produced are original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products which customers are large companies in Indonesia in the truck automotive industry. PT XYZ’s five strategic objectives are on-time delivery, 100% service level, effective and efficient, producing high quality products, and innovative. The use of specific raw materials requires the company to import raw materials. Therefore, PT XYZ has global supply chain activities. The breadth of the supply chain managed by PT XYZ requires the company to have a good supply chain process. One of the supply chain management is to manage disruptions that may occur in the supply chain process and interfere with the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives. Risk management in the supply chain aims to reduce the impact of a risk and avoid the domino effect of a process failure. The Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method is used to identify supply chain processed and obtain eleven supply chain processes, eleven supply chain processes were obtained. The House of Risk (HOR) method was used to assess the risk in the supply chain process. Based on the second method of HOR used, nineteen risk events and twenty risk agents were obtained. Six of the risk agents were selected for further analysis based on the weighted aggregate risk potential (ARP) value of the interrelationships between risk agent, and nine mitigation action were given. Furthermore, through the second stage of HOR, four mitigation action were recommended.
