Abstract

BingBong sebagai ‘Experience Based Gift Shop’ menjadi sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan karena owner telah memiliki kesadaran bahwa sebuah merek bukan hanya menjual keunggulan produk, melainkan harus memiliki nilai yang lebih. Selain itu diferensiasi merek sebagai produk baru penting untuk dikembangkan oleh BingBong. Namun sebagai merek dengan status baru, BingBong memerlukan sumberdaya untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan promosi dan pengembangan produk sebagai diferensiasi. Metode riset yang akan digunakan di dalam perancangan ini adalah analisis komparator, strategi SWOT, kuesioner untuk menemukan AIO (activity, interest, opinion), depth interview, dan studi eksperimental untuk menentukan desain yang tepat bagi keperluan promosi. Luaran dari perancangan ini adalah kemasan, perencanaan konten media sosial, serta kampanye untuk aktivasi dan seluruh kegiatan merek yang akan datang sebagai media pengenalan produk.

BingBong as an 'Experience Based Gift Shop' becomes very potential to be developed because the owner has the awareness that a brand must have more value than just selling products. In addition, brand differentiation as a new product is important for BingBong to develop in the midst of similar business competition. But as a brand with a new status, BingBong needed resources to solve the challenges of promotion and product development as a brand. The research methods that will be used in this design are comparator analysis, SWOT strategy, questionnaires to find AIO (activity, interest, opinion), depth interview, and experimental studies to determine the right design for promotional purposes. The outputs of this design are website, packaging, social media content planning, as well as campaigns for activation and all future brand activities as product introduction media.
