Abstract

Bendungan Bagong dibangun oleh Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai (BBWS) Brantas, Ditjen Sumber Daya Air, Kementerian PUPR dengan membendung Sungai Bagong yang memiliki luas Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) 39,95 km2 untuk pengembangan dan peningkatan Daerah Irigasi (DI) Bagong seluas 854 Ha dan DI Pogalan seluas 146 Ha.diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air baku warga setempat dengan perencanaan kebutuhan air baku yang dapat dihasilkan pada pembangunan Bendungan Bagong ini sebesar 153 liter/detik. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan bahwa kebutuhan air baku pada kecamatan Pogalan, Bendungan dan Trenggalek sebesar 325,821 l/dt. Dengan proyesi penduduk pada kecamatan Bendungan sebesar 29739 jiwa, untuk kecamatan Pogalan sebesar 48004 jiwa dan kecamatan Trenggalaek sebesar 73783 jiwa. Kebutuhan air irigasi dengan daerah irigasi Pogalan dan Bagong seluas 1000 Ha sebesar 14,418 l/dt. Tipe intake yang digunakan yaitu intake tower dengan diameter pipa penyalur sebesar 2 m. Dengan perencanaan struktur menggunakan software SAP 2000 yang dibagi menjadi 4 zona yaitu Zona 1, Zona 2, Zona 3, Zona 4. Didapatkan hasil analisa penulangan intake tower Zona 1 vertikal sisi dalam dan luar menggunakan 2 lapis tulangan D43 sebanyak 10 tulangan, sedangkan horizontal sisi dalam dan luar menggunakan D43 sebanyak 10 tulangan. Zona 2 vertikal dan horizontal sisi dalam dan luar menggunakan D25 sebanyak 10 tulangan. Zona 3 vertikal dan horizontal sisi dalam dan luar menggunakan D25 sebanyak 10 tulangan. Dan pada zona 4 vertikal dan horizontal sisi atas dan bawah menggunakan D25 sebanyak 10 tulangan.

Bagong Dam was built by the Brantas River Basin Center (BBWS), Directorate General of Water Resources, Ministry of PUPR by damming the Bagong River which has a watershed area of 39.95 km2 for the development and improvement of the Bagong Irrigation Area (DI) covering 854 Ha and DI Pogalan covering 146 Ha. It is expected to meet the raw water needs of local residents with the planning of raw water needs that can be generated in the construction of the Bagong Dam of 153 liters / second. From the results of the calculation it is found that the need for raw water in the sub-districts of Pogalan, Bendungan and Trenggalek amounted to 325,821 l / d. With a projected population in the Bendungan sub-district of 29739 people, for the Pogalan sub-district of 48004 people and the Trenggalaek sub-district of 73783 people. The need for irrigation water with the Pogalan and Bagong irrigation area of 1000 Ha is 14,418 l/dt. The type of intake used is an intake tower with a pipeline diameter of 2 m. With structural planning using SAP 2000 software which is divided into 4 zones, namely Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3, Zone 4. The results of the intake tower reinforcement analysis Zone 1 vertical inside and outside use 2 layers of D43 reinforcement as much as 10 reinforcement, while the horizontal inside and outside use D43 as much as 10 reinforcement. Zone 2 vertical and horizontal inner and outer sides use D25 as much as 10 reinforcement. Zone 3 vertical and horizontal inner and outer sides use D25 as much as 10 reinforcement. And in zone 4 the vertical and horizontal top and bottom sides use D25 as much as 10 reinforcements.
