Abstract

Waduk Bagong yang terletak terletak di Kab. Trenggalek, Jawa Timur disiapkan untuk menampung debit banjir dan mengeluarkannya saat musim kering, juga dimanfaatkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air baku dan irigasi. Guna mencapai keseimbangan pengeluaran air dari waduk, dilakukan analisis optimasi pada Waduk Bagong yang bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan fungsi waduk. Analisis potensi penambahan fungsi waduk sebagai pembangkit listrik juga ditambahkan guna menambah sumber energi terbaharukan di Indonesia. Dalam melaksanakan optimasi pemanfaatan waduk, dilakukan pengumpulan dan pengolahan data hidrologi, data teknis waduk, data jumlah penduduk, dan data penunjang lainnya untuk mengetahui besar debit banjir, inflow, kebutuhan air yang harus dipenuhi, maupun air yang tersedia pada waduk. Optimasi dilakukan untuk mendapatkan pemanfaatan air waduk optimal dengan memaksimalkan intensitas tanam pada irigasi menggunakan metode program linear dengan alat bantu Add-ins Solver Microsoft Excel. Dari analisis optimasi yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa waduk mampu memenuhi semua kebutuhan air yaitu dengan hasil optimasi pola tanam Padi – Padi – Padi dengan intensitas tanam 300% pada mulai tanam bulan Februari periode I, air baku untuk kecamatan Trenggalek, Pogalan, dan Bendungan sebesar 312,14 L/det, dan mampu mereduksi banjir sebesar 25,14% pada periode ulang 5 tahun. Pada analisis potensi pembangkit listrik, besar debit yang didapatkan untuk memutar turbin adalah sebesar 0,7 m3/det dengan besar energi yang dihasilkan adalah 34.924,83 MWh.

Bagong Reservoir which located in Trenggalek District, East Java is prepared to accommodate flood discharge and release it during the dry season, also used to meet clean water and irrigation needs. In order to achieve a balance of water outflow from the reservoir, an optimization analysis was carried out on the Bagong Reservoir which aims to maximize the function of the reservoir. Analysis of the potential addition of reservoir functions as power plants is also added to increase renewable energy sources in Indonesia. In carrying out optimization of reservoir utilization, hydrological data collection, reservoir technical data, population data, and other supporting data are collected and processed to determine the amount of flood discharge, inflow, water needs that must be met, and water available in reservoirs. Optimization is carried out to obtain optimal reservoir water utilization by maximizing planting intensity in irrigation using a linear program method with Microsoft Excel Add-ins Solver tool. From the optimization analysis that has been processed, it was concluded that the reservoir is able to meet all water needs, with the results of optimizing the planting pattern of Rice - Rice - Rice with a planting intensity of 300% at the start of planting February period I, also the amount of clean water for Trenggalek, Pogalan, and Bendungan districts are 312.14 Liter/sec, and able to reduce flooding by 25.14% in Q5 years. In the analysis of power plant potential, the amount of discharge obtained to rotate the turbine is 0.7 m3/sec with the amount of energy produced is 34.924.83 MWh.
