Abstract

Wakatobi merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang berada di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dan ditetapkan sebagai salah satu dari 10 Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional (KSPN) Unggulan berdasarkan Perpres No. 3 Tahun 2016. Wakatobi memiliki beberapa tempat wisata yang dapat dikunjungi serta terkenal dengan keindahan bawah laut. Terletak di Taman Nasional Wakatobi, terdapat 750 dari total 850 karang atol di seluruh dunia. Selain itu, Wakatobi memiliki beberapa kuliner yang menjadi ciri khas. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penulis menawarkan desain floating restaurant yang dapat menunjang pariwisata di Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional Wakatobi. Floating restaurant didesain untuk menikmati makanan khas Wakatobi sambil menikmati keindahan bawah laut Wakatobi. Payload luasan yang didesain sebesar 1506.4 m2 untuk 60 orang pengunjung dan 28 orang crew. Setelah melakukan analisis teknis didapatkan ukuran utama floating restaurant yaitu LOA : 40 m; B : 16 m; H : 5.4 m; dan T : 3.2 m. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mendesain Lines Plan, General Arrangement, Safety Plan, model 3D serta Zinc Anode Arrangement. Material underwater sightseeing yang digunakan adalah acrylic dengan berat total sebesar 16.49 ton. Floating restaurant dibangun dengan biaya pembangunan sebesar Rp 26,317,396,469.47 dan biaya operasional Rp16,227,814,712. Hasil perhitungan kelayakan investasi didapatkan untuk nilai Net Present Value (NPV) Rp 49,168,782,351.92, nilai Internal rate return (IRR) 36%, dan payback period selama 4 Tahun 1 Bulan 0 Hari.

Wakatobi is one of the districts in Southeast Sulawesi Province and is designated as one of the 10 Featured National Tourism Strategic Areas (KSPN) based on Perpres No. 3 of 2016. Wakatobi has several tourist attractions that can be visited and is famous for its underwater beauty. Located in Wakatobi National Park, there are 750 of the 850 coral atolls worldwide. In addition, Wakatobi has several culinary specialties. Based on this background, the author offers a floating restaurant design that can support tourism in the Wakatobi National Tourism Strategic Area. The floating restaurant is designed to enjoy Wakatobi specialties while enjoying the beauty of the Wakatobi underwater. The designed payload area is 1506.4 m2 for 60 visitors and 28 crew members. After conducting a technical analysis, the main dimensions of the floating restaurant is obtained LOA: 40 m; B: 16 m; H: 5.4 m; and T: 3.2 m. Then proceed to design the Lines Plan, General Arrangement, Safety Plan, 3D model and Zinc Anode Arrangement. The underwater sightseeing material used is acrylic with a total weight 16.49 tons. The floating restaurant was built with a construction cost is Rp 26,317,396,469.47 and an operating cost is Rp16,227,814,712. The results of the calculation of investment feasibility were obtained for a Net Present Value (NPV) Rp 49,168,782,351.92, an internal rate of return (IRR) 36%, and a payback period for 4 years 1 month 0 day.
