Abstract
Bangunan pengelak adalah konstruksi berupa terowongan yang berfungsi untuk mengalihkan air sungai untuk sementara waktu sehingga kegiatan konstruksi main dam dapat berlangsung. Inlet terowongan Bendungan Bagong memiliki tebing-tebing terjal. Adanya getaran tanah akibat gempa karena tidak bisa diperhitungkan waktu dan besarannya, maka hal tersebut perlu ditinjau. Pada tebing inlet terowongan perlu dianalisis stabilitas lerengnya serta perkuatan berupa rockbolt yang dibutuhkan guna mencegah terjadinya kelongsoran pada tebing inlet terowongan. Dalam Proyek Akhir ini, dilakukan analisis stabilitas lereng dengan dan tanpa perkuatan. Perhitungan stabilitas lereng yang digunakan adalah perhitungan manual dengan menggunakan metode Fellenius dan perhitungan software dengan menggunakan Geostudio. Analisis yang dilakukan untuk potongan memanjang, melintang P2, dan melintang P3 pada kondisi kosong, muka air normal (MAN), muka air banjir (MAB), muka air banjir cofferdam (MAB cofferdam), dead storage, dan rapid drow down. Hasil dari Proyek akhir ini, dalam keadaan tanpa perkuatan dengan kondisi kosong menggunakan perhitungan manual, untuk masing-masing potongan didapatkan nilai safety factor sebesar 5,22; 5,52; dan 5,15. Sedangkan dalam keadaan adanya perkuatan rockbolt menggunakan Geostudio, untuk masing-masing potongan didapatkan nilai safety factor sebesar 5,49; 5,86; dan 5,50. Kemudian, dalam keadaan tanpa perkuatan dengan kondisi muka air banjir menggunakan perhitungan manual, untuk masing-masing potongan didapatkan nilai safety factor sebesar 7,49; 8,60; dan 7,99. Sedangkan dalam keadaan adanya perkuatan rockbolt menggunakan Geostudio, untuk masing-masing potongan didapatkan nilai safety factor sebesar 7,74; 8,95; dan 8,46.

Tunnel is a construction in the form of a tunnel that functions to divert or move river water for a while so that the main dam construction activities can take place. Bagong Dam tunnel inlet has steep cliffs. The existence of ground vibrations due to earthquakes because the time and magnitude cannot be taken into account, so this needs to be reviewed. In the tunnel inlet cliff, it is necessary to analyze the stability of the slope and the reinforcement in the form of rockbolts needed to prevent sliding on the tunnel inlet cliff. In this Final Project, slope stability analysis is carried out with and without reinforcement. Slope stability calculations used are manual calculations using the Fellenius method and software calculations using Geostudio. Analysis was carried out for longitudinal, cross-sectional sections P2, and cross-sectional P3 under empty conditions, normal water level (MAN0, flood water level (MAB), cofferdam flood water level (MAB cofferdam), dead storage, and rapid drow down. The results of this final project, in an unreinforced state with an empty condition using manual calculations, for each piece a safety factor value of 5.22 is obtained; 5.52; and 5.15. Whereas in the presence of rockbolt reinforcement using Geostudio, for each piece a safety factor value of 5.49 is obtained; 5.86; and 5.50. Then, in the unreinforced state with flood water conditions using manual calculations, for each piece a safety factor value of 7.49 is obtained; 8.60; and 7.99. Whereas in the presence of rockbolt reinforcement using Geostudio, for each piece a safety factor value of 7.74 is obtained; 8.95; and 8.46.
