Abstract

Gili Labak Island is a small island located in Sumenep Regency. This island is known for its pristine natural beauty, crystal-clear waters, and colorful coral reefs. The island's isolation and absence of tourist infrastructure make it the perfect destination for nature enthusiasts seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway. This island is surrounded by a wide ocean, and the main access to this island is by crossing through Kalianget Port by using several conventional ships. However, conventional ships currently operating does not meet safety, security, and comfort standards for their passengers. The comfort problem is that the design of the accommodation space is difficult to access and does not prioritize the comfort aspect for passengers. Therefore, it is necessary to design a ship to support the safety and comfort of infrastructure on Gili Labak Island. The ship design process uses the parent ship hull method, and the payload of this ship is 38 passengers and 2 (two) crew ships that obtained from the results of forecasting number of residents and tourists on Gili Labak Island. The ship route planning for 32 minutes at a speed of 15 knots. After carrying out a technical analysis, the main dimensions of the ship were obtained, L = 17.5 meters, B = 3.5 meters, H = 1.8 meters, T = 1.2 meters. These main dimensions have met the technical aspects according to the requirements of Non-Convention Vessel Standard, SOLAS, Indonesian Classification Bureau and Indonesian Government Regulations. The results of these calculations are then used to design Lines Plans, General Arrangements, Safety Plans, and 3D Models.
