Abstract
Efisiensi energi kendaraan merupakan pendekatan yang dapat diterima di seluruh dunia untuk mengurangi polusi udara. Untuk mendukung hal tersebut, pemerintah daerah DKI Jakarta menerbitkan peraturan gubernur nomor 90 tahun 2021 tentang rencana pembangunan rendah karbon untuk kawasan berketahanan iklim yang berfokus pada pengurangan emisi gas rumah kaca, salah satunya di sektor transportasi dengan mengurangi bus berbahan bakar fosil dengan mengganti armada yang ramah lingkungan dalam hal ini bus listrik dapat menjadi jawaban atas permasalahan tersebut. tentu saja, Pemilihan armada bus listrik yang akan beroperasi sangat penting dalam proses pemilihanya, oleh karena itu diperlukan perencanaan yang matang dalam memilih armada yang akan beroperasi khususnya di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih alternatif bus listrik yang paling sesuai dengan karakteristik operasional di Jakarta mengacu pada lima (5) produsen bus listrik tipe 12 meter lantai rendah. Metode Fuzzy AHP dan TOPSIS dipilih karena menyediakan kerangka kerja yang komprehensif dan kuat untuk pengambilan keputusan, Fuzzy AHP digunakan untuk melakukan pembobotan setiap kriteria dan didapatkan didapatkan konsumsi daya, harga dan berat muatan merupakan tiga parameter terbesar dalam pemilihan keputusan sedangkan TOPSIS digunakan untuk menunjukkan rangking dari alternatif pilihan dengan peringkat alternatif bus listrik EV B2, EVB1,EV B4,EV B5 dan terakhir EV B3.

Vehicle energy efficiency is a globally acceptable approach to reducing air pollution. To support this, the DKI Jakarta regional government issued gubernatorial regulation number 90 of 2021 concerning low-carbon development plans for climate-resilient areas that focus on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, one of which is in the transportation sector by reducing fossil fuel buses by replacing environmentally friendly fleets, in this case electric buses can be the answer to these problems. Of course, the selection of electric bus fleets that will operate is very important in the selection process, therefore careful planning is needed in choosing a fleet that will operate, especially in the DKI Jakarta area. This study aims to select electric bus alternatives that best suit operational characteristics in Jakarta referring to five (5) low-floor 12-meter type electric bus manufacturers. The Fuzzy AHP and TOPSIS methods were chosen because they provide a comprehensive and robust framework for decision making, Fuzzy AHP is used to weight each criterion and it is found that power consumption, price and load weight are the three largest parameters in decision selection while TOPSIS is used to show the ranking of selected alternatives with an alternative rating of EV B2 electric buses, EVB1,EV B4,EV B5 and lastly EV B3.
