Abstract

Rokok kretek merupakan produk agroindustri unggulan yang terdapat di daerah Madura. Persaingan penggunaan bahan baku utama yaitu tembakau menjadikan harga rokok fluktuatif dan berdampak pada perusahaan. Salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi rokok kretek adalah PT. Seribu Satu Alami yang berdiri sejak 2007. Permasalahan pada proses produksi rokok kretek dipengaruhi oleh beberapa kriteria yaitu supply, produksi, distribusi, teknologi, sumber daya manusia, kelembagaan, dan keuangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi, menentukan urutan prioritas risiko berdasarkan tingkat keparahan kegagalan, dan kemampuan mencari alternatif strategi sebagai upaya mitigasi risiko yang terjadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) sebagai alat penilaian terhadap risiko dan Fuzzy Analytical Network Process (ANP) sebagai alat dalam pembobotan alternatif strategi mitigasi. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas diperoleh hasil pemeringkatan nilai prioritas risiko masingmasing kriteria di setiap level meliputi risiko tertinggi pada supplier yaitu risiko cuaca dan iklim yang tidak menentu (B9), risiko peringkat tertinggi pada level perusahaan yaitu pengembalian produk karena tidak memenuhi kualitas pasar
(P14), risiko peringkat tertinggi pada distributor yaitu kerusakan produk selama proses distribusi (D2).

Clove cigarettes are a superior agro-industrial product in the Madura Island. Competition in the use of the main raw material (tobacco), makes cigarette prices fluctuate and has an impact on companies. One of the companies producing kretek
cigarettes is PT. Seribu Satu Alami which was founded in 2007 ago. Some of the problems in the production process of kretek cigarettes are influenced by several criteria such as supply chain, production, distribution, technology, human resources, technology, institutions, and finance. The aim of this research is to identify, determine the priority sequence of risks based on the severity of failure, and the ability to find alternative strategies to mitigate the risks that occur. This research was conducted using the Fuzzy Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method as a risk assessment tool and the Fuzzy Analytical Network Process (ANP) as a tool in weighing alternative mitigation strategies. Based on the problems above, the results of the ranking of the risk priority values for each level include the highest
risk for supplier, the risk of unpredictable weather and climate (B9), the highest ranking risk at the company level, product returns because they do not have market quality (P14), the highest ranking risk for distributors, namely product damage during the distribution process (D2).
