Abstract

Kantor merupakan salah satu instrumen penting dalam pengoperasian sebuah perusahaan, terlebih untuk perusahaan BUMN yang cukup besar skalanya seperti PT.Petrokimia Gresik. Pentingnya lingkungan kantor yang kondusif demi meningkatkan produktivitas dan kepuasan, membutuhkan fasilitas yang memadahi. Tidak hanya itu, peran kantor sebagai gedung representatif untuk melambangkan citra perusahaan sangat penting. Dengan desain interior gedung kantor yang baik, kebutuhan yang seperti kesejahteraan karyawan dan citra perusahaan dapat terpenuhi. Desain interior gedung kantor yang baik dapat mengangkat konsep 5R. Konsep 5R melibatkan pemisahan barang dan peralatan yang tidak diperlukan (Ringkas), penataan yang sistematis(Rapi),kebersihan dan pemeliharaan rutin (Resik),pembuatan prosedur yang konsisten (Rawat) dan pengembangan budaya kerja yang berkelanjutan (Rajin). Dengan menerapkan konsep 5R pada desain interior gedung kantor, dapat meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan ruang, memudahkan akses dan pencarian barang, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang bersih dan aman, serta meningkatkan kualitas dan konsistensi kerja. Melalui pelatihan dan keterlibatan yang aktif dari pengguna gedung, konsep 5R dapat dipertahankan dalam jangka panjang, menciptakan budaya kerja yang berkelanjutan.

The office is one of the important instruments in operating a company, especially for large-scale state-owned enterprises like PT. Petrokimia Gresik. The importance of a conducive office environment for increasing productivity and satisfaction requires adequate facilities. Furthermore, the role of the office as a representative building to symbolize the company's image is crucial. With a well-designed interior for the office building, needs such as employee wellbeing and company image can be fulfilled. A good interior design for the office building can incorporate the 5R concept. The 5R concept involves the separation of unnecessary items and equipment (Ringkas), systematic arrangement (Rapi), cleanliness and routine maintenance (Resik), establishment of consistent procedures (Rawat), and the development of a sustainable work culture (Rajin). By implementing the 5R concept in the interior design of the office building, it can improve space utilization efficiency, facilitate access and retrieval of items, create a clean and safe working environment, and enhance the quality and consistency of work. Through training and active participation of building users, the 5R concept can be maintained in the long term, creating a sustainable work culture.
