Abstract

Kereta trainer hybrid PNM merupakan kereta yang memiliki sumber daya dari mesin diesel dan listrik atau gabungan dari KRD dan KRL. Saat kereta melewati tikungan, beberapa faktor berkontribusi terhadap terjadinya getaran dan suara derit, salah satu faktor yang signifikan adalah selip lateral roda kereta api pada rel. Bunyi derit terjadi pada rentang frekuensi di mana telinga manusia peka terhadap frekuensi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan analisis terhadap karakteristik bising derit dan karakteristik dinamis roda sebagai faktor penyebab kebisingan derit. Selanjutnya, dilakukan analisis pengaruh dari mitigasi yang sudah dilakukan terhadap bising dan vibrasi. Bising derit pada kereta trainer hybrid PNM saat melewati tikungan rel memiliki frekuensi dominan pada rentang frekuensi frekuensi 2.097 Hz, 2.343 Hz, 3.776 Hz, dan 4.214 Hz. Bising derit ini memiliki nilai TTB ekivalen sebesar 99 dB. Pengurangan kebisingan derit dapat dicapai dengan menerapkan pelumasan menggunakan cairan. Setelah dilakukan pelumasan menggunakan cairan pada roda kereta trainer hybrid PNM diketahui terdapat penurunan amplitudo pada vibrasi arah lateral sebesar 13,04% dan vibrasi arah vertikal sebesar 9,62%. =================================================================================================================================
The PNM hybrid trainer train is a train that utilizes both diesel and electric power sources or a combination of KRD and KRL. When the train passes through a curve, several factors contribute to the occurrence of vibrations and squealing noise, with one significant factor being lateral wheel slip on the rail. Squealing noise occurs within the frequency range that human ears are sensitive to. Therefore, an analysis is conducted on the characteristics of squealing noise and the dynamic characteristics of the wheels as the factors causing the noise. Furthermore, the impact of mitigation measures implemented on noise and vibration is analyzed. The squealing noise generated by the PNM hybrid trainer train when passing through curved rails has dominant frequencies within the frequency range of 2.097 Hz, 2.343 Hz, 3.776 Hz, and 4.214 Hz. The equivalent continuous sound level (Leq) of this squealing noise is 99 dB. The reduction of squeal noise can be achieved by applying lubrication using fluids. After lubrication using liquid on the wheels of PNM hybrid train, a decrease in amplitude was observed in lateral vibration by 13.04% and vertical vibration by 9.62%.
