Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the implementation and effectiveness of the ISM Code in MV. Dry Transport. It investigates the difficulties faced by shipping companies operating MV. Dry Transport vessels in implementing the ISM Code, analyzes the significant factors affecting compliance, and assesses the influence of the ISM Code on safety management procedures. Research techniques consist of literature studies and analytical methods, The literature study explains the ISM Code and types of safety regulations, the application of the ISM Code to MV. Dry Transport ships, taking into account elements such as ship types and operational conditions, as well as an explanation of Bulk Carrier Ships and their types. In this study, IBM SPSS Software was employed, as well as the following analytical methods: validity test analysis, reliability test, importance-performance analysis, and the MV.The Dry Transport crew's understanding test on the implementation of the ISM Code.Keywords: International Safety Management Code (ISM Code), Bulk Carrier, IBM SPSS Software.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat implementasi dan efektivitas ISM Code di MV. Transportasi kering. Ini menyelidiki kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan pelayaran yang mengoperasikan MV. Kapal Pengangkut Kering dalam menerapkan Kode ISM, menganalisis faktor-faktor signifikan yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan, dan menilai pengaruh Kode ISM terhadap prosedur manajemen keselamatan. Teknik penelitian terdiri dari studi pustaka dan metode analisis, Studi pustaka menjelaskan Kode ISM dan jenis-jenis peraturan keselamatan, penerapan Kode ISM ke MV. Kapal Dry Transport, dengan mempertimbangkan unsur-unsur seperti jenis kapal dan kondisi operasional, serta penjelasan tentang Kapal Bulk Carrier dan jenisnya. Dalam penelitian ini, IBM SPSS Software digunakan, serta metode analisis berikut: analisis uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis kepentingan-kinerja, dan MV.Uji pemahaman kru Dry Transport tentang implementasi Kode ISM.Kata kunci: Kode Manajemen Keselamatan Internasional (Kode ISM), Bulk Carrier, Perangkat Lunak IBM SPSS.
